Beibei District, under the Chongqing Municipality, is located in the eastern Sichuan Basin in the eastern Sichuan East parallel ridge valley area, located in the northwest of the main city of Chongqing, is an important part of the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area, or one of the nine districts of the main city of Chongqing; is a subtropical humid climate controlled by the Southeast Asian monsoon circulation. It has 9 streets and 8 towns, with a total area of 755 square kilometers. According to the data of the 7th census, Beibei District had a resident population of 834,887 as of 00:00 on November 1, 2020. It will help promote the construction of the twin-city economic circle in the Chengdu-Chongqing region.
Beibei District is 27 km from Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, with the Jialing River golden waterway running north and south, Xiangyu, Suiyu, and Langyu railroads running east and west, the city bypass highway, Yuwu highway, Yuguang highway, Central Expressway, and Chongqing Rail Transit Line 6 running through the territory; there are four AAAA scenic spots in the territory, including Jinyun Mountain, North Hot Spring, Golden Knife Gorge, and Chongqing Nature Museum; there are Southwest University, Chongqing Green Intelligent Technology Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences There are 3 institutions of higher learning, such as the Lu Zuofu Memorial Hall, the Four Worlds Memorial Hall, the former residence of Liang Shiqiu and Yan Yangchu, the cemetery of Zhang Zizhong martyrs, the former site of Fudan University and the Western Academy of Sciences, and 104 humanistic landscapes and anti-war sites.

Most people go to Chongqing to play, basically in the main urban area, and they can finish the tour in 3 days.
In the traditional sense, Chongqing can be divided into several districts: Jiangbei District with an airport to the north, Shapingba District at Ciqikou to the west, Nanan District with a tree and Yangren Street to the east, and a graffiti to the south. In the Jiulongpo district of the street, in the middle is the Yuzhong district where many scenic spots, hot pots and small noodles gather.
The scenic spots are mainly distributed in Yuzhong District, Shapingba District, Nan'an District and Jiulongpo District, and they are generally visited nearby. Wulong and Dazu Rock Carvings have been very popular in recent years. The drive takes more than 2 hours. If you have more time, it is recommended to play.

No visit to Chongqing is complete without experiencing the city’s famous hotpot. This spicy, Sichuan-style dish is a favorite among locals and visitors alike. Egongyan Bridge
鹅公岩大桥
The Egongyan Bridge is a suspension bridge which crosses the Yangtze River in Chongqing, China. Completed in 2000, it has a main span of 600 metres (2,000 ft).
The connects Nan'an District east of the Yangtze River with Jiulongpo District to the west. Originally, the bridge was built with to be six lanes wide with a pedestrian walkway on each side but was expanded to eight lanes in 2013. The expansion removed the walkways. Pedestrian connectivity was restored in 2019 with the opening of the Egongyan Rail Transit Bridge upstream which has a pedestrian walkway.

Welcome to the Tongluoshan Mine Park in Chongqing, China! 🌄 This place is seriously amazing, and I'm here to give you the lowdown in a nutshell.
This park is built on the Tongluoshan Mountain Range, stretching from Yufengshan to Shifune and Gulu in the Yubei District. It's not your run-of-the-mill park, though. It's actually the first abandoned mine pit comprehensive management base in Chongqing! 💎
The park is a whopping 25.18 square kilometers in size, with a core area covering 7 square kilometers. Inside, you'll find 41 limestone pit ruins, some shaped like funnels, others like shafts. And guess what? They're the biggest mine pit group in the whole world! 🌍
What's even cooler is that there are 12 water storage pits with water that changes color with the sun's mood. It's like a natural light show, and it's a huge draw for tourists.
But wait, there's more! This place isn't just about rocks and pits. It's got history too. You'll find Guanxing Taiping Cave, stone walls, stone carvings, and even a folk street, showcasing the rich culture of ancient Bayu town.
Now, here's the exciting part. The local government's got big plans for this park. They're turning it into a 5A national tourism scenic spot, packed with ecology, education, culture, and fun for the whole family! 🌿🎓🎉
And guess what? You can visit right now! Pits 7 and 8 have completed their ecological restoration, and there are even mini-trains and sightseeing buses to make your visit a breeze. The park's also selling some awesome mine-themed souvenirs.
As of April 30, 2023, they've welcomed over 1 million visitors! 🙌
Now, let's talk about some standout pits:
Pit 7 - Ruyitai: This place looks like a giant jade Ruyi from above, and the blue water is mesmerizing. It's a hotspot for kite flying, Frisbee, and more. They've even hosted symphony music festivals here!
Pit 8 - Xixintai and Xixin Sea: The Xixin sea is all about cleansing the mind and heart. With two peninsulas, islands, and meandering water, it's a photography paradise. They've got over 9.6 million cubic meters of mining volume here!
Pit 10 - Big Dry Pit, Camping Base: This pit is all about the stone! It used to be a quarry that supplied stone for roads, bridges, tunnels, and even the city's airport. It's a piece of Chongqing's history!
