Visitando Guanajuato / Que lugares visitar - Un día viajando
Guanajuato es una ciudad mexicana, capital del estado del mismo nombre. Está en el centro norte de México. De acuerdo con cifras del año 2010 su población asciende a 184,239 habitantes.1 Es parte de la macro región del Bajío.89
La historia de la ciudad se remonta a la época precolombina. En sus primeros años se llamó Mo-o-ti por los chichimecas, que significa lugar de metales.10 Posteriormente los aztecas le dieron el nombre de Paxtitlan, que en castellano quiere decir lugar de la paja.10 Su nombre actual deriva de kuanasï= rana uata= cerro quedando escrito correctamente en purépecha como Kuanasïuatu[cita requerida], que significa lugar montuoso de ranas.
Durante la época colonial española alcanzó un gran desarrollo debido a la explotación de sus yacimientos de oro y plata. A comienzos del siglo XIX fue escenario de una de los más destacados triunfos insurgentes, la toma de la Alhóndiga de Granaditas por el ejército de Miguel Hidalgo y la subsecuente masacre de la guardia virreinal y los civiles españoles refugiados en ella.11
La ciudad de Guanajuato también es una ciudad universitaria con una intensa vida cultural cuya culminación es el Festival Internacional Cervantino, la reunión artística más importante de México y Latinoamérica, fue declarada como Patrimonio de la Humanidad en el año de 1988 como bien cultural bajo el nombre Ciudad histórica de Guanajuato y minas adyacentes patrimonio de la humanidad.
Uno de nuestros lugares favoritos dentro de México es Guanajuato, para nosotros es un lugar que guarda muchos misterios y sobre todo una gran parte de la historia de México. Guanajuato es considerada como la cuna de la independencia de México.
Nosotros le decimos que hacer, como visitar el pipila, el Teatro Juárez, la Alhóndiga de Granaditas y comer unas deliciosas guacamayas.
Guanajuato es un lugar muy cultural donde podrán aprender más de la historia de México en cada uno de sus rincones.

Wondering, how is coffee made or how is coffee produced? In this video we visit the coffee farm, Bola de Oro and learn how is coffee made on their finca, Finca Roma here in the state of Veracruz. If you are a coffee lover, and even if you don’t drink coffee I believe this tour of the coffee plantation will wow you as we start with the planting of the coffee beans, tour the grounds to see the coffee plants, walk through the factory and learn how coffee is processed from the husking, fermenting, sorting and roasting, and ending with a coffee tasting.
Learning how coffee is made has been a highlight of our time in Veracruz Mexico. After learning how is coffee processed we head to the Pueblo Mágicos of Coaatpec and Xico and have some more fun eating and exploring!
