Despite the blustery winds that dominated the beaches, so characteristic of the windy month of August, we marvelled at the pristine beauty of the sandy shores. Our leisurely drive through the residential neighbourhoods offered a glimpse into local life. A chance encounter with a resident led us to the Flag Animal Farm, situated just outside Ballito. The farm's mission to rescue and provide a nurturing home for animals resonated deeply with us, making our visit truly remarkable.
