Top 10 BEST TOWNS in the United States

10 Best Towns in The United States

One of the most common questions I get Is: Where is the best place to live in the United States? Today we will start answering that question. There are a lot of really nice and affordable places to live in the United States. Everyone always hears about the big cities like Los Angeles, Chicago, New York. These days those aren't the greatest places to live. More than ever people are spreading out across the United States looking for a new town to call home and maybe buy a house. More and more people want to know about the best small towns in America. Small town life is on the rise in the United States.
Are you looking to find that perfect small town?
This list might help you narrow your search. We will probably do a few of these videos so let me know about your hometown in the comment section.

If you enjoy these videos I would love to hear about it. We look at the best and worst cities, states, towns, and neighborhoods in the United States. Occasionally we do other countries. Most of the time focus on the negative side of locations. That is just what people want to see.
If you only want some happy positive information about a city, town, or state, I would suggest looking up local mortgage and real estate companies or maybe the locations website. They are trying to sell you something so it will be nothing but sunshine, rainbows, and a bunch of smoke up your skirt. They won't tell you about crime, poverty, or insurance you'll need because of natural disasters. I will.

Baldwin City, KS: A Walking Tour of a Charming College Town

Baldwin City, KS is a charming college town located in Douglas County, Kansas. It is home to Baker University, the state's oldest four-year university. The city is also known for its historic downtown, which is home to a variety of shops, restaurants, and art galleries.

The city was founded in 1857 as a stop on the Santa Fe Trail, and it quickly became a center of abolitionist activity. In 1858, Baker University was founded in Baldwin City, and the city has been a thriving college town ever since. Baldwin City played a significant role in the American Civil War. In 1863, Quantrill's Raiders, a Confederate guerrilla group, attacked Lawrence, Kansas, and killed 150 men and boys. Baldwin City was spared, but the attack had a profound impact on the city.
