जौनपुर उत्तर प्रदेश में स्थित एक जिला और शहर है बनारस से सटा जौनपुर पूर्वांचल की शान है. अयोध्या, गोरखपुर से इसकी नजदीकी भी इसमें चार चांद लगा देती है.ऐतिहासिक कलेवर के साथ साथ भविष्य की तरफ बढ़ता ये शहर ढेरों डेस्टिनेशंस को समेटे हुए है. आप जहां भी जौनपुर में घूमने आएंगे तो इसके सुंदर नजारों को देखकर हैरान रह जाएंगे. जौनपुर के बारे में एक ऐतिहासिक तथ्य, जो शायद ही किसी को पता हो कि इस शहर की नींव 1359 में रखी गई थी. दिल्ली के सुल्तान फिरोज शाह तुगलक के चचेरे भाई मोहम्मद बिन तुगलक के नाम पर ये शहर बना है. मोहम्मद बिन तुगलक को जौना खां भी कहा जाता था और इसी जौना खां, नाम की वजह से इस शहर को इसका नाम मिला.
जौनपुर एक जमाने में इत्र की नगरी के रूप में मशहूर रहा है. यह उर्दू और सूफी संगीत की धरती रही है. हिंदू-मुस्लिमों के भाई चारे की धरती रही है. आज की बात करें तो जौनपुर का क्षेत्रफल बनारस से भी खासा बड़ा है.जौनपुर में वीर बहादुर सिंह पूर्वांचल यूनिवर्सिटी है. इसकी स्थापना 1987 में हुई थी और इसका नामकरण राज्य के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री वीर बहादुर सिंह के नाम पर किया गया है. यह शहर वर्तमान में चमेली के तेल, तम्बाकू के पत्तों, मूली और इमरती के लिए जाना जाता है।

There are many destinations in and around Kabiguru's monumental Bolpur that are very significant for Birbhum tour. Bolpur is a very popular destination for travel enthusiasts, so I went on a two-day vacation to Ahmedpur to avoid the crowded affair.
Ahmedpur is situated about 20 km away from Bolpur. There was a sugar mill at this place post-independence. Now it is in ruins like other factories. Several lesser-known destinations can be visited around Ahmedpur. The best address to stay in Ahmedpur is Bhagwatipur Container Farm. A beautiful weekend can be spent eating farm fresh vegetables in a container. After lunch we went to see places nearby. Our first destination was Labpur.
Labpur is an old town very close to Ahmedpur. This Labpur has the house of eminent writer Tarashankar Banerjee. Which is now converted into a museum. There is also a Peetha Fullara of 51 Satipeethas. Goddess Sati's lower lip falls here. We then went to Kankalitala.
Another Satipeeth Kankalitala can be visited nearby from Fullara. Goddess Sati's skeleton falls here. Also worth visiting are the Kopai River and the ancient Kopai Station. You can see my journey in this video.

কবিগুরুর স্মৃতিবিজড়িত বোলপুর এবং তার আশেপাশে এমন অনেক গন্তব্য আছে যা বীরভূম জেলার পর্যটনের জন্য খুব তাৎপর্য্যপূর্ণ। বোলপুর ভ্রমণ পিপাসুদের কাছে অনেকটাই জনপ্রিয় গন্তব্য , তাই দুদিনের ছুটিতে গিয়েছিলাম বোলপুর থেকে প্রায় ২০ কিমি দূরের গন্তব্য আহমেদপুর। স্বাধীনতা পরবর্তী সময়ে এই জায়গায় একটি সুগার মিল ছিল। এখন সেটি অন্যান্য কারখানার মতো ভগ্নাবশেষ। আহমেদপুর কে কেন্দ্র করে ঘুরে নেয়া যায় বেশ কয়েকটি স্বল্পচেনা গন্তব্য। আহমেদপুরে থাকার সেরা ঠিকানা ভগবতীপুর কন্টেইনার ফার্ম। কন্টেইনার এর মধ্যে সুন্দর থাকার ব্যবস্থা, ফার্মের তাজা সবজি খেয়ে একটা সুন্দর উইকেন্ড কাটিয়ে দেয়া যায়।
আহমেদপুর থেকে খুব কাছের এক বর্ধিষ্ণু জনপদ লাভপুর। এই লাভপুরে রয়েছে সাহিত্যিক তারাশঙ্কর বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় এর বাড়ি। যা এখন মিউজিয়ামে রূপান্তরিত। এছাড়াও রয়েছে ৫১ সতীপীঠের একটি পীঠ ফুল্লরা। দেবী সতীর নিচের ঠোঁটের অংশ এখানে পতিত হয়। দিনের দিনে ঘুরে আসা যায় ফুল্লরা মায়ের মন্দির।
ফুল্লরা থেকে কাছেই ঘুরে নেয়া যায় আরেকটি সতীপীঠ কঙ্কালীতলা। দেবী সতীর কঙ্কাল এখানে পতিত হয়। এছাড়াও ঘুরে নেয়া যায় কোপাই নদী এবং প্রাচীন কোপাই স্টেশন। এই ভিডিওতে আমার ভ্রমণটি আপনারা দেখতে পাবেন।

The journey from Ahmadpur East to Bahawalpur via N5 is a distance of approximately 54 kilometers and takes around 1 hour to complete. The journey begins in Ahmadpur East, a small town located in the south of Punjab. From Ahmadpur East, we take the N5 highway and head towards Bahawalpur. As we move forward, we pass through lush green fields on both sides of the road, which gives a soothing effect to the eyes.

Driving another 8 kilometers, we reach the small town of Khanpur Nauranga. The town is famous for its beautiful mosque, which has a unique design and architecture. Visitors can stop by and admire the beauty of the mosque and take some pictures.
Continuing further for another 4 kilometers, we reach the town of Noorpur Nauranga, which is known for its agricultural produce, including wheat, cotton, and sugarcane. The town is surrounded by lush green fields, which are a treat for the eyes.
After driving for around 10 kilometers from Noorpur Nauranga, we reach Khangah Sharif. The town is famous for its shrine of the Sufi saint Hazrat Baba Fariduddin Ganjshakar, and it attracts a large number of visitors and pilgrims every year. Visitors can explore the shrine and learn about the history and culture of the place.
Finally, after driving for another 7 kilometers, we reach the small town of Dera Masti. The town is known for its local bazaar, where visitors can find a variety of goods and products. Visitors can stop by and explore the local market, and buy some souvenirs to take back home. As we drive through these small towns, we get a glimpse into the local culture and traditions of the region. The people are friendly and welcoming, and visitors can interact with them and learn about their way of life.

Ahmedpur Mandvi Beach is located on the coastline of the state of Gujarat, India. It is located in Ahmedpur Mandvi, near Diu (Union Territory of Daman and Diu) in Gir Somnath District. This is 370 km away from Ahmedabad and is one of the 14 beaches chosen by the state to promote beach tourism
It was a bright sunny day apt for the beach visit. Shanaya was happy to see the beach and play with her sand toys.
There was not many people and the watersports ativities were also not available due to the pandemic.
We enjoyed the visit to this secluded beach post lockdown.
