Afghani children approached me when I was visiting Takht-e Rustam, the 3rd century Buddhist stupa in Aybak, Samangan. They were happy to see foreigners visiting their hometown and were proud about their country, Afghanistan.I wonder how they will look like 10 years from now. Hope this short will be a memory not only for me but for them.
