Living on an island near the north pole is everything but ordinary, not only do we have polar bears, glaciers and crazy seasons - we also have weird, random laws. One of these laws is the alcohol card, which gives each citizen of the legal drinking age, a monthly quota on what beverages they can purchase and how much. This is the second video on this topic where I address some of the questions that I got on the last one, like what if you are a visitor, does the ration apply to bars?
