We were so happy to come to Ngapali beach in Myanmar. It became the most beautiful beach we have seen so far in Asia. There are 3 beaches in Ngapali. This one is the one in the middle of them. There is absolutely nobody and no resorts. We loved this place so much! We hope you will too.

Ngapali Beach in Myanmar is THE place to be right now. Myanmar (Burma) has opened it's borders and is now the better more authentic alternative to overcrowded Thailand. If you are traveling Myanmar, this is an absolute must-go to. The beaches are as great and the people way friendlier. Ngapali Beach is a top-notch beach, stretching over 10 km of white sand and crystal-clear blue water.
Nagapali Beach should definitely be on your travel route while doing a backpacking trip through south east asia!

Ngapali Beach in Myanmar, If you are travelling Myanmar, this is an aboulute must-go to.Ngapali beach offers your quiet and relaxed holiday in Myanmar. The best places to visit and things to do while you unwind from your travels are summarized in this video.
The food in Ngapali beach is delicious and inexpensive. Seafood is an obvious must.
Make sure you book a snorkeling tour when you are there. The water is warm and crystal clear. This trip showed me that places you never expect to visit can be the most amazing adventures!

Among foreign visitors, Ngapali Beach is the most famous of Myanmar's three beach destinations, and offers the widest range of international-standard beachfront resorts. This shows the main beach at sunset, looking north along its three and a half kilometres of sand. Despite that most of the beach is lined with resorts and hotels, we can hardly see them among the trees.
In the middle of the day the beach has fewer people outside. The water is generally calm during the high season. In the mornings the water is often completely flat.
Sunset is the favourite time of day here, when most people come out onto the beach. These videos were shot at the end of November 2013, during the high season when all hotels were full. This is the maximum number of people seen on the beach.
There are three different sections of beach here, with this being the northern-most one that stretches two and a half kilometres south from the airport.
Looking north along the same beach from Amazing Ngapali Resort, the buildings of the airport are seen in the distance.
But surely the most tropical-looking, beautiful beach is this small one in the middle. It has the only stretch of deserted beach not lined with hotels.
This beach has two small resorts at the south end, including Yoma Cherry Lodge, seen here. There is a kilometre of deserted, coconut fringed sand.
The main beach is lined by about a dozen beachfront resorts, most of which are quite long and spacious, with bungalows and villas spread among the coconut palms. Many resorts offer peaceful beachfronts like this, where guests can relax on the beach or seek shade during the hotter time of day.
The quality of the beachfront resorts here is the highest found in Myanmar, with many 3-star and 4-star resorts, like Sandoway Resort seen here. To see more of the resorts on Ngapali beach see the photo galleries here and another video that focuses on some of the better quality the resorts alone.

2 days in Ngapali Beach Myanmar
The Ngapali beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Myanmar. We did budget trip to there because it was kinda expensive. So, we chose July (low season) to visit there and spent around $150 for 2 days including flight round trip, hotel, food, trekking and kayaking.
Thanks God, the weather was still nice when we got there. The beach is so amazing, clean and not crowded at all.
The trekking was so nice as well as kayaking :)
Yes, according to the saying: Life is better at the Beach!
