The Royal Couple, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge Visit The Calgary Zoo

William and Kate visited the Calgary Zoo's Enmax Conservatory before departing to Los Angeles for a presentation on science and technology. Zoo CEO Clement Lanthier, Board of Trustee Chair Greg Turnbull, Lt.-Gov. Donald Ethell, former lieutenant-governor Normie Kwong and Alberta Premier Ed Stelmach attended, as did a crowd of royal watchers waving Canadian, British and Alberta flags.

The entire parade of 1,000 soldiers and 400 musicians marches up the Mall towards Buckingham Palace. The Markers then march off the grounds carrying the regimental company colours on the marker flags.

The King's Troop and the HAC, now in place, get ready for commence firing their respective gun salutes during the Royal Family's arrival at the palace. At the same time, the Old and New Queen's Guards, now doing the Changing of the Guard ceremony in the palace grounds also prepare for the Royal carriages' arrival and to salute the Queen on her carriage when she arrives.

On return to Buckingham Palace, the Queen watches a further march past from outside the gates. Following a 41-gun salute by the King's Troop in Green Park, she leads the Royal Family onto the palace balcony for a Royal Air Force flypast.

Platinum Jubilee crowds were treated to the sight of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s children taking part in their first carriage procession as historic celebrations marking the Queen’s 70-year reign began.

Cheers went up from thousands of spectators on The Mall as they caught sight of Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis with proud parent Kate and the Duchess of Cornwall.

William and Kate stand on the balcony, Kiss and the cheer of the crowd is drowned out by the sound of 6 Rolls Royce Merlin Engines from A Spitfire, a Hurricane and a Lancaster Bomber as they fly over Buckingham Palace as part of the Royal wedding celebrations. followed by maybe a bigger cheer

They were followed by the more modern Typhoon and Tornado jets but after they left you can still hear the Merlin's in the sky above London

See the BTartbox outside the Royal Albert Hall and bid for it when it comes up for auction towards the end of July
