Then we head over to The Avenues Mall, which for me was the best mall I've ever seen - better than Dubai Mall.

We have shown you what happens in Kuwait during the day, but what happens at NIGHT? This dry country (which we were not expecting) is very similar to Saudi Arabia in terms of malls, restaurants and walking along the beach front being a popular activity for many people to do at night. We did however find SOME Bars (non alcoholic of course) we also visited their biggest shopping Mall, we think anyway! It's the end of our adventures, for now, here in the Middle East. The Avenues: Largest shopping mall in Kuwait
The Avenues Mall is the largest shopping mall in kuwait. The mall is located in the Rai area extending from Fifth Ring road from the South and Al Ghazali Highway from the east. It opened in April 2007, under the patronage of the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Sabah. it features more than 800 stores and parking that fits over 10,000 cars.
The shopping mall has four distinct phases; Phase I completed in December 2006, Phase IIA in May 2008, Phase IIb in August 2009, Phase III in November 2013 and Phase IV in March 2018. Across a span of twelve years, the Avenue has spent a total of US$3,061,500,000 in building and construction. The Avenues is home to a number of districts:

Have you ever heard of Kuwait? Well, this oil-rich country in the Middle East is home to the world's strongest (AKA most valuable) currency. It's called the Kuwaiti Dinar, and as of right now, $ 1 USD = .31 KWD. In other words, if you go to the ATM and take out $100 -- you will receive 31 Dinars. This is largely due to the surplus of oil exports in Kuwait (they sit on 9% of the world's total reserves) -- and all countries need to purchase KWD to get their hands on this precious oil.
