Honduras BUDGET Travel Vlog: Roatan, Pulhapanzak, Little French Key & More
We explored the absolute BEST of Honduras in 5 days for LESS THAN $500. Not only did we visit Roatan (from the West End all the way to Punta Gorda), but also Little French Key, and the Yojoa region where we experienced D&D Brewery and the incredible Pulhapanzak Waterfalls! We ate some of the best local foods ie. baleadas and had an overall amazing time in Honduras. We were able to see, eat and do so much in Honduras - easily becoming one of our favorite Central American countries!

Little French Key is Paradise in the Caribbean |Roatan, Honduras 2022
Little French Key is a 3-minute ferry ride off the coast of Roatan, Honduras. Dreamy blue Caribbean water sets the scene for all the activities that take place here for the day! My Queen and I did horseback riding and we even got to swim with pigs, which is offered here at an incredibly affordable price compared to other amazing islands that offer similar experiences. We had an amazing time in Roatan which we will feature in future videos (stay tuned!) but Little French Key is a must-do day trip if you are in Roatan since it is so easy to get there. They have many rescued animals including beautiful jaguars that you also get to see. They even have sloth tours and scuba diving! In this video, you'll see us try SUBA diving which was a unique experience, to say the least. Little French Key is also in close proximity to Big French Key which you are able to see in some of the drone footage featured in this video! Additionally, Little French Key offers snorkeling, kayaking, jet ski rental, massages, manicures, pedicures, and rope swings to jump into the clear blue water. A great mix of adventure and relaxation awaits you here at Little French Key!

Hola Familia!
This Nyc family went on their family vacation. Roatan has to be one of the best places to visit in the Caribbean, I swear! (So this is a travel vlog 2022, Not a Nyc vlog or a Brooklyn vlog-- next time Okay!! haha) We decided to travel to Roatan Honduras for our family travel and honestly you guys it was one of the best vacations we've probably ever had.
In this video you will see us continue our family vacation which was so so special. The best part about it is how much fun we were all having especially my teenager. We took a boat ride to West end which is another side of Roatan, we swam with the fishes in West Bay Beach, and honestly just relaxed the rest of the trip. Honduras was well worth it and will travel there again!
Oh by the way we stayed at the Paradise Beach Hotel in West Bay beach
Let me tell you it felt incredible leaving NYC for a bit because this Nyc family definitely needed it. Roatan Honduras was great, slow living with amazing vibes.

Traveling to Utila Honduras 2021 - Everything You Need to Know
Everything you need to know for traveling to Utila Honduras. Join me as I fly into San Pedro Sula and make the journey to La Ceiba where I catch the Utila Dream Ferry over to the remote island of Utila! We'll go all around the island and find some great places to eat and even do some scuba diving to see the second largest barrier reef, swim with whale sharks, and then hop over to one of the smaller uninhabited islands (Water Cay).
How to Get to Utila from San Pedro Sula:

By Plane, Chartered Flights
Transportation Around the Island: If you plan to stay in any place away from the town center, then it is highly recommended you find a good tuk tuk driver and get his whatsapp contact information. A tuk tuk driver can be hired for about $20 a day and this will allow you to get a ride anytime, get your errands done and it is a lot cheaper than buying per trip. For TukTuk Driver and Water Taxi recommendations, leave a comment below.
Scuba Diving
There are ample diving sites all around the island and for the most part, the water currents are mild and safe. Some of the diving companies that operate on the island that you may want to consider include: Utila Dive center, Alton’s dive center, Gunter’s ecomarine dive center, and Parrots dive shop
Restaurants
The two most recommended places are Mango Tango and El Castillo. Other places to eat include Che Pancho, Mario’s Place, Rio coco Cafe and Hot spot Cafe. Breakfast is usually under $5 and you can have a decent lunch/supper for $10-$15.

I arrived in San Pedro Sula, Honduras for my first international trip since the pandemic to visit my best friend, Ana! Last vlog I packed my bags, flew into San Pedro Sula, and prepared for the weekend! Now we get to go to Copan where we will visit the site of a coffee bodega as they take us through the coffee tasting process, eat lunch at El Lugar de Te y Chocolate, and then stay at the family home of the coffee farm owner as we wake up at 5AM to drive to the top of the mountain where all of the coffee plants are. Before we finally make our way to Copan Ruins, we make a pit stop at Luna Jaguar Hot Springs thermal baths. Next up, Copan Ruins, my first Latino wedding, and Pulhapanzak before I make my way back to New Orleans, Louisiana!

Roatan is famous for its amazing offshore reefs and perfectly suited for both new and advanced divers. It's a well-known destination for coral gardens, shipwrecks such as the Odyssey and Aguila, sharks and all sorts of fish, but it's also famous for encountering the largest fish in the sea: the majestic whale sharks.
Roatán is an island in the Caribbean, about 65 kilometres off the northern coast of Honduras. It is located between the islands of Utila and Guanaja, and is the largest of the Bay Islands of Honduras. The island was formerly known in English as Ruatan and Rattan.

This Nyc family went on their family vacation. So this is a travel vlog! Not a Nyc vlog or a Brooklyn vlog but a travel vlog. Okay!! haha We decided to travel to Roatan Honduras for our family travel (which by the way is a Caribbean island) and honestly you guys it was one of the best vacations we've probably ever had. I broke the video into a 2 part series and will releasing the 2nd one soon.
On this video you will see a tour of our hotel Paradise beach hotel, We have the most perfect beach day on West Bay Beach. The next Day we take a tour of Roatan island into Punta Gorda where there is a big Garifuna community, We visit Oak Ridge which is a fishing community, we visit the sloths in Mayan Eden animal rescue, Mayak Chocolate tour, Roatan rum company tour, we also go on a mangrove tour. It was so so special. The best part about it is how much fun we were all having especially my teenager.
Let me tell you it felt incredible leaving NYC for a bit because this Nyc family definitely needed it. Roatan Honduras was great, slow living with amazing vibes.

Utila is one the bay Islands of Honduras, in the Caribbean north of the mainland. its know for its coral reefs and many dives sites, this last one being the main reason for my visit. I went to Utila to get my Open Water Diver Certificate. process that I enjoyed a lot and a challenge that will be in all future conversations with friends.

the island is 6 miles long and about 1 mile or so wide.
90% of the people in the Island are visitors, and in the majority scuba divers instructors and student that come to get their certification,

■ Roatan, Honduras ???????? : Our third day here on the beauitiful island of Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras started off to a wonderful start. We had a delicious breakfast, balaedas, then we packed and got into the car and drove to the Roatan Island Brewing Co, to try some of their fresh beers. If you like beers, like me haha, then you must come to the Roatan Island Brewing Co, you can do flights of beers and try all they have to offer!
After the beers, we drove to have lunch, and then to the beach, where found the water to be not as clear as before the next day, so we drove back to where we went on the first day, it was very busy as there were many tourists like us there. But we found some sand and went into the water. I also got another beer!
