Today we take a lonnnng soak on the Caribbean island of St. Maarten. This little stretch of coast is one of our favorite parts of this island paradise. Called Cupecoy, the waters here sparkle in a million shades of aquamarine greens and crystal blue hues. One look at these seas and you are hooked!

Today's dose of free meditation comes to us from what just may be the world's most beautiful beach!
This long stretch of sugary-soft sand is set on the island of Scrub Island. Scrub Island sits just a few miles offshore of Anguilla, in the Caribbean Sea. This remote desert island is steeped in mystery and natural beauty.
The island itself is completely uninhabited except for herds of roaming goats. Other than goats, all that you will find here is abandoned ruins of settlements from centuries ago, an infamous plane wreck and abandoned hotel, and a whole lot of beautiful vegetation.
The waters are equally beautiful. The seas surrounding Scrub serve as a breeding ground for sharks, they are also some of the roughest waters in the Caribbean, home to one of the most fascinating surfing waves in the area.
That's not all! I can't forget to mention Scrub Island's dazzling underwater cave and of course...
This mesmerizing beach!
Pristine in every way, it doesn't get more peaceful and serene than the main beach at Scrub Island. If it is solitude you seek, this is the beach ????????????
