This walking tour was filmed on the 21st of September, 2022. It was a sunny Wednesday with 26C and slight wind. We will start our tour at the magnificent bridge of Ponte Vecchio and we will go from there to Uffizi Gallery, then Piazza della Sigoria where we will get the chance to see David statue and some other astonishing statues. We will also visit Piazza della Repubblica, Via Porta Rossa, Ponte Santa Trinità and Via Maggio where we will end our tour. There are lots of beautiful places to see in this tour, so sit back, relax and enjoy walking in one of Italy's most beautiful cities.
Florence's museums, palaces, and churches house some of the greatest artistic treasures in the world. The most popular and important sites in Florence include the Cathedral, the Baptistery, the Uffizi, the Bargello, and the Accademia. The churches of Santa Maria Novella and Santa Croce are veritable art galleries, and the library of San Lorenzo is a magnificent exhibition of Michelangelo's architectural genius. Wander some of the oldest streets in the city until you reach the Arno River, cross the Ponte Vecchio, and experience the newest area of Florence, the Oltrarno. Be sure to set aside time to see the vast and varied art collection housed in the Pitti Palace. When you grow weary of museums and monuments, head outdoors. Spend a day at the Boboli Gardens or climb the hill to the church of San Miniato al Monte to experience an enchanting view of Florence, Italy.

Why is Italy so beautiful? Many people around the world wonder why Italy is so beautiful. The answer is on every street corner in any of Italy's cities. It's only when you walk around Florence that you realize why Italy is such a beautiful country.
Florence in Italy is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Where even the gardens, monuments, buildings, and streets are, in many cases, veritable masterpieces. Walking down the streets of Florence is like walking through the halls of a big open air museum. However, even if the outdoors has so much to offer, don’t forget that Florence is home to some of the most important ‘indoor museums’ in the world! The Uffizi museum, for example, is famous all around the globe (the ‘Primavera del Botticelli’ alone is worth a visit to the city) and the Galleria dell’Accademia has a wonderful gallery of statues, among them the Michelangelo’s world-celebrated David, among many more! Remember, Florence city center is listed as World Heritage site by UNESCO. So don't ask a Florentine citizen how far is Tuscany from Florence? because Florence is Tuscany in the world.

Walking in FLORENCE / Italy ????????- Duomo to Viewpoint - 4K 60fps (UHD)
Florence / Italy (Italian: Firenze) is the capital of the country's Tuscany region. The city of Florence is famous for being the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance, as well as famous persons like the poet Dante. With many masterpieces of Renaissance art and architecture Florence is also on the UNESCO World Heritage list.
On this walking tour around central Florence we start at the iconic Duomo, a cathedral with a terracotta-tiled dome. The cathedral was engineered by Brunelleschi, the impressive bell tower by Giotto.
From the heart of the historic center of Florence we walk around the Piazza del Duomo, see the city center with more sights like the The Palazzo Vecchio.
Our tour continues through the Uffizi Gallery (Piazzale degli Uffizi). We cross over the famous medieval bridge Ponte Vecchio to the Oltrarno part (simply meaning: other side of the Arno). From there we walk along the Arno and head east and up to the viewing point Piazzale Michelangelo. There we we can enjoy a sunset view of Florence just like many other tourists from all over the world.

Assisi is a small town in central Umbria about 20 minutes east of Perugia and approximately half-way between Rome and Florence.
The town is a Unesco heritage site known for the magnificent medieval architecture and for being the birthplace of Saint Francis, founder of the Franciscan order.
Our guided walking tour is about 2.5 miles (4 km) long and covers most attractions and historic sites of Assisi.
