In this part two of our Day-1 video in Boracay, we'll show you the establishments that have closed due to the pandemic and the PHP. 8,332/night Grand Room Sea View of Henann Prime Beach resort that we booked.

I suggest you book on their website to get free airport transfers. When I called the resort, I'm not eligible because we booked at Booking.com, which is really unfair. I don't think we get a good discount on Booking.com. So next time I better check the property's website first and compare the prices and offers.

What Boracay Looks Like After 6-Month Rehab

The much-awaited Boracay Island has re-opened it's doors to tourists after 6 months necessary closure for rehabilitation.
Twenty years ago, this long white sand island with clear turquoise blue water has been paradise to so many locals and foreigners visiting the country. But due to massive exploitation, the island had to shut its doors in 2018 due to environmental and sanitation concerns.

I went to Boracay recently to do a shoot for Epic Boracay and Tides Hotel, and I spent my free time exploring the rest of the island to see if it lived up to its hype. There were necessary changes and I was there to see if it made a huge impact. What do you think? Leave a comment below.

Where do you want to go after quarantine?
Have you missed that white sand beach with crystal clear waters and green palm trees?
Oh! i'ts so nice to picture out yourself you are chilling at the paradise and just relaxing...

and Yes! You can do that!Because starting today, Boracay is now open!

What do you need when you travel to Boracay?

One of the measures during the reopening is the Test Before Travel regulation, which requires tourists to take an RT-PCR test (or swab test) from 48 to 72 hours prior to traveling to Boracay. They should, of course, be negative of the COVID-19 virus. They're also advised to go on strict quarantine immediately after the test and until the time of travel. Residents coming from areas under General Community Quarantine as well as travelers of all ages are allowed to go island. Local tourists are also asked to fill out an online health declaration form and show their confirmed booking at an accredited hotel or resort.

Airlines are advised to use the Godofredo P. Ramos Airport in Caticlan as the only airport of entry. PAL and AirAsia also announced revival of Boracay flights starting today, October 1.Also, AirAsia on Tuesday announced its P8 promotional base fares for flights to the island destination.
