In this episode we are on a motorcycle trip in eastern Canada and take a ferry from Newfoundland to Miquelon France and then from Miquelone France to Saint Pierre France and then from Saint Pierre France to Newfoundland Canada. Saint Pierre is where I spent the majority of my time well I was in France. St. Pierre & Miquelon's Best Hotel & Spa! (Les Terrassess du Port: Full Review) | France ????????

You'll find that Les Terrasses du Port will simply blow your mind with their high level of customer service, their indulgent spa featuring sensory pools and an extensive treatment menu, their beyond-words restaurant featuring some of the best French cuisine this side of the Atlantic, and the excellent 5000 square foot L'Estuaire Social Club fitness center, which would put most large standalone gyms in North America to shame.

Hello people! Aujourd'hui, c'est une journée de déplacement! On a 4 h de route à faire à partir de St. John's et on se dirige vers Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, des îles qui appartiennent à la France! Donc, essentiellement on s'en va en France!
Pour aller sur ces îles, on doit prendre un traversier, alors on en profite pour vous montrer tout le processus pour s'y rendre! On y sera pour 4 jours et on compte bien manger au minimum une pâtisserie!

La commune de Miquelon-Langlade est formée de deux presqu’îles reliées par un isthme de sable. Les 627 Miquelonnais sont pour la plupart descendants de Basques et de Normands, mais aussi d’Acadiens venus à la suite de la déportation. Souvent dans l’ombre de leur voisine Saint-Pierre, ils sont tout aussi fiers de leur appartenance à leur coin de France en Amérique.
DUNEFEST 2022 - Saint-Pierre et Miquelon
Vidéo souvenir du Dunefest 2022. Un festival hors du commun organisé par l'association Eklectik sur la dune de Langlade. De la bonne musique, le fameux concours de mangeur de homard, le tournoi de foot, le concours de châteaux de sable. Bref une recette qui fonctionne depuis presque 10 ans. Une édition 2022 sous un soleil radieux dans la bonne humeur et dans une ambiance très festive. Merci à tous ceux qui font de ce festival un événement incontournable à St-Pierre et Miquelon.

Saint-Pierre et Miquelon is so far away from metropolitan France that one could think that the links between the two are frayed and ready to break.
On the other hand, the islands are so close to Canada you would think that life in Saint-Pierre et Miquelon is pretty much the same as in Newfoundland.
Officially, the island of Newfoundland is only 19 kilometers away. In fact it is even closer than that, since the closest Canadian piece of land, Green Island, is only a few nautical miles from Saint-Pierre.
Nonetheless, Saint-Pierre et Miquelon is French. Completely French, but with a strong regional influence thrown in!
The residents of Saint-Pierre et Miquelon have chosen the best from both worlds.
