Amazing Things to Do in Hiroshima & Top Hiroshima Attractions
Do you wonder what to do in Hiroshima? See this video and discover with us the best things to do in Hiroshima, Japan. Welcome to Itsukushima Shrine, one of the most famous tourist attractions not only in Hiroshima but in Japan. The shrine complex is most famous for its dramatic torii gate built in water which appears to float during high tide. This is the time when this place is most picturesque. Pilgrims can access the gate during low tide. It was rebuilt 8 times since 1168 and the current one was completed in 1875. One of the most recognized landmarks in Horoshima is Peace Memorial Park commemorating the victims of the world's first nuclear attack. In this green island situated in the middle of the city you can find there not only the Children's Peace Monument but also Hiroshima Atomic Bomb dome. Situated close to the hypocenter of the nuclear bomb, it remained standing, and it has been left intact since then. For car enthusiasts there is Mazda Museum. You can admire present as well as past models of this car manufacturer based in Hiroshima. In Yamato museum you can see 1:10 scale replica of the battleship 'Yamato' as well as a real Mitsubishi Zero A6M fighter plane. Hiroshima gardens attract thousands of visitors especially in spring and autumn. We recommend Shukkeien Garden which is the oldest Japanese Garden in the city and 5000 square-meters Hill of Hope Garden built of white marble that was excavated from a quarry in Carrara, Italy.

On the way we encounter the most enormous pod of dolphins you could possibly imagine. With over 100 dolphins racing Talia we were in total awe of nature. It’s extremely rare to meet such a massive pod and an encouraging sign for sea life in the Mediterranean.

Making bolognese sauce it is easy bit a bit time consuming. Here is our recipe to make the Traditional Bolognese Sauce. Lots of people were asking us how to make a traditional Italian Bolognese sauce. Here it is. Bolognese sauce is mostly a meat sauce, with very little tomato. Outside Italy it is considered Bolognese sauce a tomatoes sauce with some ground meat in. This is not even close to the traditional slow cooked bolognese sauce made in norther Italy. Here is how to make the simplest but most delicious bolognese sauce from scratch. Cooking is a big part of our daily routine and we want to share with you some of our recipes for healthy and delicious food. We like to eat light because we are taking this time under quarantine to diet and lose some weight. We are two Canadians currently living in Italy, We like to show how is life in Italy during the lockdown.
We are trying to keep our lives as easy as possible and we want to share our story with you.
Ingredients: 1 celery stalk 1 medium carrot 2 small yellow onions 1 clove of garlic 50 gr of olive oil 100 gr of unsalted butter 1.5 tsp of salt 300 gr of pork sausages (no fennel please!) 350 gr of ground pork 350 gr veal 2 cups of white wine 2 cups of milk 1 beef bouillon cube
