Усть-Кут | Байкало-Амурская магистраль (БАМ)
Цикл видео о путешествии по БАМу, который был стройкой века, самым дорогим и сложным инфраструктурным объектом в СССР.
Город Усть-Кут в Иркутской области, крупнейший населённый пункт в направлении на восток до самой Тынды. Основан за столетия до строительства БАМа, как острог в 1631 году. Сейчас это место называется Старый Усть-Кут, там же одноименная станция Усть-Кут и это 713 км БАМа. Но сам современный Усть-Кут не ограничивается только его старой частью, а простирается вдоль реки Лена, которая дала название центральной станции города. От станции Лена в 1974 году началось строительство БАМа 70-х..80-х годов. Шефских коллективов было два: Краснодарский и Ставропольский края РСФСР. Станция Лена - это 720 км БАМа.
Внимание! Обнаружилась ошибка с моей стороны, в видео был показан Ил-4, а не А20 Бостон! Но в целом они достаточно похожи.
Ну и конечно же ударение, в Усть-Кут'Е' :)

Great Gostiny Dvor (Russian: Большой Гостиный Двор) is a vast department store on Nevsky Avenue in St Petersburg.
This Gostiny Dvor is not only the city's oldest shopping centre, but also one of the first shopping arcades in the world. Sprawling at the intersection of Nevsky Prospekt and Sadovaya Street for over one kilometer and embracing the area of 53,000 m2 (570,000 sq ft), the indoor complex of more than 100 shops took twenty-eight years to construct. Building works commenced in 1757 to an elaborate design by Bartolomeo Rastrelli, but that subsequently was discarded in favour of a less expensive and more functional Neoclassical design submitted by Jean-Baptiste Vallin de la Mothe (1729–1800).
Throughout the following century, Gostiny Dvor was continuously augmented, resulting in ten indoor streets and as many as 178 shops by the 20th century. By that time, the Gostiny Dvor had lost its popularity to the more fashionable Passage and New Passage, situated on the Nevsky Prospekt nearby. During the post-World War II reconstructions, its inner walls were demolished and a huge shopping mall came into being. This massive 18th-century structure received a face-lift and entered the 21st century as one of the most fashionable shopping centres in Eastern Europe. A nearby station of Saint Petersburg Metro takes its name from Gostiny Dvor.

The BAM: Russia's Unknown Trans-Siberian Train🇷🇺
🇷🇺 We have all heard of the Trans-Siberian, Russia's mega train journey that crosses Siberia as it skirts the Chinese border. But few have heard of the even more impressive B.A.M ( Baikal Amur Mainline ) which passes through virgin forest in the middle of Siberia. Built in the 1970s by young communists, the BAM is the greatest construction project of the 20th Century. And yet it is unknown in the West.
I decided to go and ride this unknown journey across northern Siberia and speak to the people who came to build it. Join me as we ride 'The Bam'!

I’m sure you already knew! The BAM is electrified for approx. the first day’s travel east of Tayshet ([i.e. going the other way - but it is actually electrified westbound too… TO TAYSHET :-P), as it winds its way through the hills of the north Baikal region. Still well worth the trip though (rather than perhaps trying to find a way of flying internally from Moscow to somewhere further east than Bratsk (for example) to start the BAM experience). Maybe one day there’ll even be a well-worn tourist route (in summer) by ferry from Severobaikalsk (on the BAM) to Port Baikal/Listvyanka ([in the south near to Irkutsk, and the Trans-Sib.) Who knows?

Zapraszam na ekspedycje po Syberii. To będzie najciekawsza trasa ze wszystkich wypraw na Syberię w historii wypraw samochodowych. Dzięki specjalnym pozwoleniom dotrzemy do jednego z najbardziej magicznych miejsc w Rosji, płaskowyżu Ukok. Dalej trasa będzie prowadzić przez bezdroża Republiky Tuvy, Kraj Krasnojarski. Po wjechaniu w Kańsku na M-53 pokonamy niecałe 1000 km aby dotrzeć nad Bajkał, potem ruszymy zachodnią obwodnicą Bajkału na jego Północ gdzie dotrzemy do słynnej drogi BAM. Tam nas bedą czekać najtrudnieszy fragment trasy. Ponad 1200 km z dziesiątkami rzek przez które trzeba się przeprawić i kilkanaście mostów w opłakanym stanie. Z Tyndy do Jakucka będziemy mieli szutrową szeroką i powybijaną drogę ( ok 900 km).
Z Jakucka wyruszymy na Kołymę gdzie wjedziemy na zachodnią częśćDrogi po Kościach Dotrzemy do miejscowości Tamtor i Omjakon które są najziemniejszym miejscem zamieszałym na Ziemi ( ok.800 km z Jakucka). Następny etap to powrót do Jakucka i wyjazd na Vilyuisky Trakt którym po 1200 km dotrzemy do największej kopalni diamentów na świecie w Mirnyj. Jeżeli będziemy mieli zapas czasu ruszymy na północ do miasta Udacznyj ( 530 km ) aby dojechać za koło podbiegunowe.
Jeżeli czas nam nie pozwoli ruszymy w 230 km trasę do miejscowości Lensk gdzie zaokrętujemy się na wielką barkę która popłyniemy prawie 900 km na południe do miejscowości Ust Kut.
Tam zakończymy nasze zmagania z terenem i asfaltami ruszymy w drogę powrotną do Polski (ok.6500 km)
