Also while in Romania you have to visit the capital city Bucharest which is often called little Paris. Bucharest has so many things to offer as well, you can go to amazing bookstores like Cărturești Carusel, grab coffee at charming cafes like Van Gogh Cafe, or stop by French Revolution to get the best eclairs and end the evening Closer To The Moon at Linea.

The enormous Salina Turda salt mine in Romania is as breathtaking as it is bizarre. Once a salt mine, it has been converted into an enormous underground amusement park in Romania!
Salina Turda Salt Mine (Hungarian: Tordai sóbánya) is a Transylvanian salt mine in the Durgău-Valea Sărată area of Turda, Romania. First mentioned in 1075, the Salina Turda salt mine helped make Turda into an economic powerhouse back in the days when salt was currency. The main mine was shut down in 1932, and has since been slowly converted into a tourist attraction. More recently, it has been converted into an amusement park.
