20th Bell Ringing Video Bridge (Fort Ross - Tot'ma)

The Russian America Historical Society (Moscow, Russia), Tot'ma City Museum Corporation (Vologda Region, Russia), Fort Ross (State Historic Park of California State Parks, Jenner, CA), and Blagovest Bell (San Rafael, CA) organized a Bellringing Bridge and Videoconference between the City of Tot'ma and Fort Ross which was held in Fort Ross on the 13th of August (Saturday at 10:30 AM Pacific Time), 2011.
