TAIWAN TRAVEL GUIDE: Best Things To Do & Places To Visit!
In February I had the opportunity to travel to Taiwan with the Taiwan Tourism Board and I loved it. We spent a week travelling across Taiwan, discovering some of the most beautiful spots, hidden gems and tasting delicious food.
We visited some of the main sights in Taipei like Taipei 101, Liberty Square and the Rainbow Six, and then went beyond the city to hidden gems like Beiguan Tidal Park and the hot springs of Jiaoxi. We did lots of great activities like porcelain painting, an herbal medicine workshop and a xiaolongbao cooking class. We also had the pleasure of trying a huge variety of Taiwanese cuisine, from street food to the Michelin starred Frassi restaurant, from orange duck to xiaolongbao.
But the highlight was without a doubt participating in the Pingxi Sky Lantern festival, and seeing hundreds of lanterns taking to the sky all together. Watch the video to discover Taiwan!
