Svay Rieng Province: According to the official of the Provincial Department of Tourism, Svay Rieng Province has 5 tourist sites that people go to visit and are very interested.

First, Prey Bassac Temple Resort: Prey Bassac or Prey Prasat is located in Bassac Village, Bassac Commune, Svay Chrum District, Svay Rieng Province, 8.5 km from Svay Rieng Provincial Town. Tourists can travel by car on the concrete road, but during the rainy season, they can also travel on the waterways of the Vaiko River for only 5 km. Prey Bassac covers a total area of ​​9 hectares, 24 acres and 98 centimeters, bordering the north and east by the Vaiko River, south and west of the village.
In the middle of Prey Bassac, there are two temples, Tuol Prasat and Tuol Kok Sampov. Large bricks. This temple was built around the 6th century in the style of Sambor Prei Kuk, and on the hill of this temple are all stone foundations arranged in layers of laterite and large bricks. The boat-shaped boat is about 25 meters long and 4 meters high, while the sides of the hill are lined with laterite and brick.
Second: Ji Hor Temple: Ji Hor Temple is one of the oldest temples in Svay Rieng Province, located northeast of Svay Rieng Provincial Town, about 58 kilometers. This temple was built during the 6th century (Sambor Prei Kuk style pattern), built on a hill 3 meters high, 50 meters square, along the riverfront on the Cambodian-Vietnamese border. The body of the temple is made of brick and laterite from the east, apart from this, there are all false doors and windows attached to the wall. The main doors, windows, murals and other carvings are all made of burnt clay.
Third: Prey Koki Natural Resort: Prey Koki is a natural resort rich in many Koki trees, located in the community of Chamkar Kon Koki community forest in Trapeang Phlong village, Bati commune, Bavet city, Svay Rieng province and 32 km away. From Svay Rieng provincial town. Tourists can get there in just 30 minutes. There is a large pond in the middle of the forest, with small and large plants growing all over the forest, such as Koki tree, Smach tree, and a bridge for visiting the Akasya forest and a colorful flower garden.
The Prey Korki resort also sells delicious natural food that comes from farmers' supply of vegetables, fish, chicken and duck, making the people there a source of income through the resort.
Fourth: Teuk Vil Natural Resort: Teuk Vil is a natural resort located in Teuk Vil village, Ampil commune, Romeas Hek district, Svay Rieng province, approximately 42 km from Svay Rieng provincial town. Teuk Vil is a family-friendly dam with a large lake that allows guests to take a boat ride and enjoy the lush scenery around the lake, and there are plenty of places for guests to enjoy delicious natural food. From day to day, the resort receives a lot of tourists.
Fifth: Prek Tnaot Bridge is a natural and processed resort that is bordered by Prek Tnaot and connected by Tnaot Bridge (formerly a wooden bridge, now a steel bridge). Tourists can travel from Svay Rieng to the west on National Road No. 1, south of Svay Rieng University, more than 2 km, and this location is on the north bank in Phnov village, Ta Suos commune, Svay Chrum district. Or you can travel along Route 314B west of Svay Rieng city, about 4 km. This location is on the south bank in Russey Prey village, Kampong Chamlong commune, Svay Chrum district as well.

Dinner at Krong Svay Rieng | Cambodia Travel Guide

One of my trip to Svay Rieng province to visit Basac Temple Tourism Site with the Khmer Tourist Family. Its an old temple that's mostly damaged and not a popular place for tourists to visit, but Khmer Tourist Family want to promote Cambodia tourism and bring out what's people's forgotten and hope that people will love it again. After visited Basac Temple, we travel around Svay Rieng Province and had dinner at a small Suki Soup restaurant. We enjoyed Beef Suki Soup with noodle and some fried seafood. Then we traveled back to Phnom Penh city.

I'm using Canon G7X Mark 2 Camera for this video.

Bavet is an international gateway town and the largest city in Svay Rieng province, Cambodia. On the other side of the border in Vietnam is Moc Bai border gate, Tay Ninh.
The Vietnamese name of this town is Truong Cat.
Bavet belongs to one of the poorest provinces in Cambodia. The economy of this border gate area is mainly based on its location on the NH1 route, connecting Ho Chi Minh City and Phnom Penh.
