双溪比力威发油面
双溪比力油面是以传统手工面闻名，在双溪比力经营以三代之久。这家面家以第二代接班人黄威发的名字命名，退休时交由3名儿子联手经营。所制作的手工面也被称为是黄面。黄面未经过烫煮叫作“生面”，煮熟后拌上食油则称之为“油面”。黄面主要是供应给当地饮食业者，所以要在双溪比力品尝到他们的面是件容易的事。他们每天制面两次，分别是在早上和下午时段，平常日子可制做至少400多公斤的手工面。
Sungai Pelek is well known for their hand made noodles in Sepang, having been in the business for 3 generations, this business was named after the second generation - Wong Wei Fa and it was handled down to his 3 sons. The noodles are mainly supplied to the local food business and therefore you can easily get a taste on the noodles. The spongy and delicious noodle will be made twice in the morning and afternoon with an output of 400kg noodles
