With a combined 13 national parks and monuments, breathtaking views of snow-covered mountain peaks,
and countless artistic havens of culture and commerce, Utah is a great place for your family.
Utah, with a population of just under 3.5 million in 2022, is the 4th fastest growing state in the nation.
It has some of the world's greatest scenery.
That, combined with its outstanding recreational opportunities and healthy economy, attracts young outdoor enthusiasts,
tech-focused professionals, and those looking to settle down with their families among the stunning Wasatch mountains.

Salt Lake City is the capital and 90% of the state's population lives in this Metro along the Wasatch Range.
Most of the rest of the state is unsettled. Utah's cost of living can vary a great deal - the Park City area tends to be much more expensive than other parts of the state.
The Utah climate is that of the steppe, characterized by aridity and an altitude above 3000 feet.
Summers are hot and dry, and there is plenty of sunshine. There is a lot of dry snow in the mountains.
To make your life that little bit easier we have compiled a list of the 10 best places to live in Utah, based on all the criteria that matter to you,

OGDEN UT | Ogden is a city north of Salt Lake City, in Utah

Ogden is a city north of Salt Lake City, in Utah. It’s a gateway to ski resorts like Snowbasin, Powder Mountain and Nordic Valley. George S. WELCOME TO UTAH - GREAT SALT LAKE and ODGEN TOUR #travelvlog

Today we are in Ogden, Utah, a city that is 45 minutes from Salt Lake City and known its Wild West history and iconic mountain slopes. Ogden was founded in the late 1800s and is one of the few cities in Utah not founded by Mormons, but instead first settled by fur traders. It offers a different scene than the rest of Utah, let's go explore!

We are here in fall, just in time for the change of the leaves. There are plenty of nature sites such as the Ogden Canyon which is filled with fall colors. We also visit the Great Salt Lake and Antelope Island, which is a UNESCO site. Next, we hike Ogden Mountain for a picturesque view of the city. We finish the day at Historic 25th Street, a street filled with 1800s architecture. We visit the Ogden Union Station and a number of speakeasies, eateries, and cafes.
