At a distance of 54 kms from Jog Falls and 35 Kms from Sirsi, Unchalli Falls is a magnificent waterfall near Hegganur. With a height of 380 feet, it is one of the popular waterfalls in India-Sirsi tourist places
Formed by Aghanashini River, the falls are situated in a dense forest. The water flows through several cascades before dropping into a big pool from a height of over 116 meters. The trek path is wide and not very steep. There is no path to reach the bottom of the falls.
To reach the falls from Sirsi, take Sirsi to Kumta road, take left at Amminalli (12 km from Sirsi) and continue to Unchalli on Hegganur road. From Jog Falls, the Unchalli Falls can be reached via Siddapur.
