I spent some time on the Skåneleden 2 and made some tasty bannock with bananas.
The Seven Oceans bars are a good food substitute for hikes, but you need a lot of water when eating them.

Lyxvandring längs Skåneleden SL5 etapp 1-6 med övernattningar på hotell. Vi hade hoppats på sensommar, men det blev en genomgående grå upplevelse i skön vandringstemperatur med vackra och avkopplande, men något enahanda scenerier.

På lunchrasten fick jag en överaskning idag. vid Pizzeria Alexander parkerade jag min bil och skulle köpa mat när en virvel full av damm och bråte närmade sig platsen där jag stod.
gick då in i lokalen och tittade ut när jag fick se att bland annat ett träbord och en parasoll lyfte och försvann upp i luften. bordet kom ner och gick sönder medan parasollen fick en rejäl flygtur for att sedan försvinna långt ut i skogen.
tråkigt nog fick jag inte filmat virveln men i videon kan man se parasollen flyga i luftdraget efter virveln. en man på bilparkeringen fick en överraskning när virveln passerade rakt över honom. min bil klarade sig oskadd.
Storleken på virveln var uppskattat 10M hög och 2 meter bred i botten.
During the lunch break, I got a surprise today. at Pizzeria Alexander I parked my car and was going to buy food when a vortex full of dust and debris approached the place where I stood.
then went into the room and looked out I saw that, among other things, a wooden table and a parasol lifted and disappeared into the air. the table came down and broke while the parasol got a nasty hop for then disappear far into the forest.
Sadly I did not get filmed the vortex but in the video you can see the parasol flying in the breeze after the vortex. A man in the car park got a surprise when the vortex passed right over him. my car got away unscathed.
Estimated size of the vortex was 10M high and 2 meter wide in the bottom
Ramlösa Brunnspark
Det järnhaltiga vattnet har sipprat fram ur bergen i hundratals, kanske tusentals, år. Länge hade dalgången där källan ligger rykte om sig att vara tillhåll för rövare och det var ingen som vågade sig dit. I slutet av 1600-talet upptäcktes det att källan var bra för hälsan och Ramlösas era som brunnsort startade. Idag finns många av de vackra byggnaderna kvar från källans storhetstid i början av 1800-talet. Gångarna i parken kantas av vackra blommor, alléer med gamla träd och en lekpark.
I Helsingborg finns mycket att upptäcka utomhus i och omkring staden. Ta dig ut i något av våra naturområden eller parker. Se hela filmen om gröna Helsingborg här:
