While in Quindío, be sure you check out Buenavista. It has great little cafes to enjoy. The 3 Crosses have been neglected over the years and it shows, but the views of the surrounding mountains and cities are still worth heading up the mountain for. Also, not far from Buenavista is The Cafe Concorde Restaurant. It won't disappoint with its amazing view and great food and beverages. After all is said and done, give yourself a little over a half day to fully enjoy what Buenavista has to offer. #colombia #buenavista #quindio

This video is an informational video on a 3-day hike through Cocora valley on up to summit one of the highest mountains in Colombia, Paramillo del Quindio at 15,580ft. This is definitely one of the best multi-day hikes in the area and is super accessible for visitors however, it is very demanding. So if you are up for a challenge I would recommend it 100%. Less touristy than the lost city trek.☜

MAGICAL hike in COCORA VALLEY - Salento, Colombia - Quindio (tallest palm trees in the world)
Salento is a charming little pueblo in the Quindio region of Colombia...and there is SO MUCH to do there! In today's video we are doing the famous Cocora Valley hike! This hike takes us through cloud forests, jungle, valleys, and the tallest palm trees in the world. We did the full loop, which took us around 7 hours with filming, taking photos, and enjoying the views. Normally it should take you around 5 hours, don't miss it in Colombia!
