Poulsbo is located on the Kitsap Peninsula and its city center, the historic “Little Norway” is one of Erin and I’s favorite small towns to visit in Western Washington. On a walk down Front Street you will find shops and art galleries, many with a Scandinavian vibe. Poulsbo was founded in the 1880s by Norwegian immigrants and other Scandinavians from the Midwest of the United States. Modern-day Poulsbo maintains a Scandinavian theme to honor its heritage.

Poulsbo, also known as little Norway, is a city on Liberty Bay in Kitsap County, WA and it was founded in the 1880s by Norwegian immigrant and the downtown area still maintains Scandinavian theme to honor its early immigrant history nowadays.
