Linea AV/AC Treviglio – Brescia: i numeri
La nuova linea AV/AC Treviglio – Brescia (complessivamente 58,2 km, di cui 39,6 di linea AV/AC vera e propria) attraversa 20 comuni nelle province di Milano, Bergamo e Brescia e si innesta nel nodo ferroviario di Brescia attraverso l'interconnessione Brescia Ovest (circa 11,7 km) e il successivo tracciato di attraversamento urbano (6,9 km). Le opere principali realizzate sono i viadotti sui fiumi Oglio (lungo 1.287 metri) e Serio (957 metri) e la galleria artificiale di “Lovernato 2” (525 metri) sull’interconnessione di Brescia.
L’investimento economico complessivo è di circa 2 miliardi di euro.

Kids Guide to Milan Italy - Fun things to do with the family - Full Itinerary in Description
Though Milan is more known for fashion than families, there’s still plenty of fun stuff to do with kids! Here’s a kid's guide to Milan from me, Finder, age 8 (almost 9):
Day 1 • Guided Tour with art historian Sara Cerri: Included Brera Gallery, Castello Sforzesco, Teatro alla Scala (Opera House), and the Last Supper. Sara was really nice. It was a lot of walking, but I learned a lot about art and I loved seeing The Last Supper and learning so much about my favorite artist/inventor Leonardo da Vinci. • Leonardo’s Vineyard: Right across the street from The Last Supper. Look for the friendly kitties! • Leonardo3 Museum: This was my favorite spot – we went twice! Be sure to get the audio guide. They have one especially for kids that is awesome and came with a scavenger hunt map!
Day 2 • Milan Duomo: The rooftop was the best part. This was mom’s favorite! • Fashion District: Lots of window shopping. See all the upcoming fashion trends so you can tell your friends at school! • Palazzo Morando Museum: A museum about the history of fashion. • Monumental Cemetery: Not shown in video because we wanted to be respectful, but VERY cool to explore at sunset and take pictures of the amazing statues and huge crypts. It was not too scary (though I hated the sirens that started wailing at 5:45p to tell people to go out of the park.)
Day 3 • Cooking Class with Clara: This was dad’s favorite. Clara was so nice and took us to an outdoor market before the cooking class! I got to meet her cat and learn the secrets of Milanese cooking! • Museo Della Scienza e Della Tecnologia Leonardo da Vinci: A huge, interactive museum, perfect if you love science and technology like I do. Check out the fun game in the particle accelerator exhibit.
Day 4 • Sempione Park: Just behind Castello Sforzesco. There was a carnival there the day we were in town. Lots of fun rides! (Tell your folks it's cash only.) There’s also a public playground in the north center part of the park with swings and slides. • Triennale de Milano: A museum of Italian Design – I really liked this one too!
