It took me some time to release another sneak peek... and guess what? It's still under the Roman Theme! I hope you enjoy seeing a little bit of P.O.R.O.S Roman Museum of Sicó, an initiative by Condeixa-a-Nova's City Hall and nominated for the EMYA (European Museum of the Year Award) 2021!
You shouldn't miss this museum when visiting Portugal. It is close to my hometown, Coimbra... and just a few minutes drive from the incredible Roman Site of Conímbriga. Plus, Condeixa-a-Nova is a really beautiful village with a countryside atmosphere, great squares with churches surrounded by restaurants and cafes, and city parks that extend along a stream. There's plenty of farmers still offering Olive Oil Harvest activities and others, and artists investing their time and efforts on preserving the tradition of handicrafts.

All footage was collected during the month of January 2021, just before another lock-down that forced all of our museums and monuments to shut down for an undetermined period of time. So I hope that, at least, this inspires you on planning your future vacation here! Doing this video for you did inspire and occupied my days of lock-down, that's for sure!
