Location – Khatlon region, Shahrituz district. Sayod village, 6km south of Shahrituz in the direction of Aivaj, on the bank of the Kofarnihon River. The mausoleum is situated at a distance of 6 km to the south from the regional center of Shahrituz, in the mouth of Kofarnikhon River, near the kishlak of Sied Transportation – minibus or taxi from Shahrituz.

About Mausoleum of Khoja Mashhad
Description -
It is one of the not numerous pre-Mongol madrasahs of XI-XII centuries, which was kept until nowadays. There is premise of the mausoleum, mosques and yard ivans, summer-house, round the right-angled yard, from the north to the south. There are two large cupola buildings united with arch Ivan in the north part of the territory. This construction built with burnt bricks, 25x25x4 cm. is known as the Mausoleum of Khoja Mashhad or Double Mausoleum. Other parts of the madrasah built of adobe bricks were broken and were excavated. The total territory of the madrasah is 68 x 48 m. The south façade of the monument has two round towers in the corner of the cupola building. It was excavated some arch rooms (3,5-4 m.) surrounding the large yard, ivans in the north, east and west sides of the yard. The ivans are 4 m. Wide. Brittleness of the adobe bricks is a cause of the destruction of many monuments in Tajikistan. That is why the kept ones made of burnt bricks are of great value. The mausoleum part of the madrasah consists of two building,10,4 x 10,4 m. They have sphere cupola. The foundations of the cupolas have arch windows fro the south side and round opening in the keystones of the cupolas. The east mausoleum is earlier, IX-X centuries, it's a typical Central Asia central-cupola building of the early middle ages. Its west and east walls have doors. The west mausoleum has some little differences in detail, such as ornament of the walls.

Ходжа-Обигарм (Ходжа-Оби-Гарм, Хаджа-Оби-Гарм, тадж. Хоҷа Оби Гарм) — село и наиболее известный бальнеологический (бальнеоклиматический) курорт пустынной зоны в Таджикистане, в джамоате Варзобкала в Варзобском районе. Расположен на высоте 1740—1960 м над уровнем моря, на южных склонах Гиссарского хребта, в Гиссарской долине, на правом берегу Варзоба, у узком ущелье реки Ходжа-Обигарм, в 14 км к северу от административного центра района Варзоба, в 3 км к западу от Гушари[tg] и в 48 км к северу от Душанбе.
Был одним из наиболее известных бальнеологических курортов в СССР. Курорт расположен между двумя горными речками на пересечённом плато. Климат высокогорный. Лето жаркое; средняя температура июля 24 °C. Зима мягкая; средняя температура января минус 2 °C. Среднее количество осадков 1430 мм в год.
Слабоминерализованные азотные кремнистые термальные (температурой от 65 до 95 °C) слаборадиоактивные воды с содержанием радона от 0,3 до 6,4 нКи/л, с большим содержанием кремниевой кислоты применяются в охлажденном виде для радоновых ванн, душей, промываний кишечника, других бальнеопроцедур и питьевого лечения. Для лечения также используется иловая грязь из озера Аксукон. На поверхность земли свободно выходит естественный термальный пар, содержащий радон и торон (радон-220). Лечение паром осуществляют в виде местных и общих паровых ванн и ингаляций. Оздоровительное воздействие санитарно-курортных и климатогеографических факторов здравницы «Ходжа-Обигарм» на состояние здоровья людей доказал Абдумаджид Мусаевич Пулатов.
Здравница «Ходжа-Обигарм» открыта в 1934 году. На курорте функционируют санаторий и его филиал, расположенный в долине реки Варзоб в 12 км от Ходжа-Обигарм, курортная поликлиника, ванные здания, грязелечебница. Лечение паром проводится в специальном пароэманатории. В санатории лечат сердечно-сосудистые заболевания, опорно-двигательного аппарата, органов пищеварения, периферической нервной системы, женских половых органов, почек и мочевыводящих путей, кожи.
