Hi everyone! Back after a loooong trip home to Indonesia, and quick holiday in Seoul (content for that coming up soon too!). These are some clips from before I left for Indonesia actually - I took part in a pizza baking workshop at the office, spent a day alone in Leiden, and joined a paint & sip class in The Hague with my friend Maloe.

💥Gay Pride 💥Leiden 2024💥
Het leek wel of heel Leiden vandaag wat kleurrijker was dan normaal. De tweede editie van Pride Leiden beloofde vooraf al een stuk omvangrijker te worden dan vorig jaar toen het evenement voor de eerste werd georganiseerd, maar mede door het prachtige weer werden alle verwachtingen overtroffen.
Langs de hele route stonden en zaten de toeschouwers rijen dik langs het water, op bruggen of in eigen bootjes. Het was een groot gekleurd feest in de stad.
Na afloop van de botenparade liep de Lammermarkt al snel vol met feestvierders die op een hele rits optredens afkwamen met als hoogtepunten onder andere Barry Badpak en Corry Konings.
Pride Leiden is meer dan alleen de vrolijk uitgedoste parade van boten: ook films, exposities, comedy en optredens
Vorig jaar stond het podium nog op de Beestenmarkt, maar dat is nu verplaatst omdat er op de Lammermarkt meer ruimte is. ’s Middags kan worden geluisterd naar zangeres Wendy Moore, boyband Storm en singer-songwriter Stemin. Na de prijsuitreiking van de botenparade verschijnen na 20.00 uur de grotere namen op het podium: Barry Badpak, Corry Koning en Abba-tribute Voulez-Vous.
Het randprogramma van Pride Leiden is eigenlijk woensdagavond al begonnen met de vertoning van de film ’Pride’ in het Kijkhuis.
