A Panama hat from Ecuador for my Peru trek with my Swiss Shepherd in my British motorcycle!
I’m pretty much all kitted out for our upcoming Over the Andes challenge, which is a 10-day 100+ km trek at 5,000+ m through the Peruvian Andes.
Except I still needed a hat.
Then we visited Montecristi, which is where the famous Panama Hat comes from – in Ecuador.
Now I have a Panama hat from Ecuador for my Peru trek with my Swiss Shepherd – and it even rolls up to pack away nicely in my British motorcycle!
