【Pulau Besar】3D2N Fun Travel D'Coconut Island Resort , Johor, Malaysia beautiful island - Day 1
It was fun travel to this beautiful island called Pulau Besar in Johor state in Malaysia. In order to take the speedboat from Mersing to Pulau Besar, we had to start our car journey early in the morning.

The speedboat only take about 30 mins to reach this beautiful island. Too bad, our originally scheduled free-of-charge (FOC) beach trekking was cancelled due to tour guide having some issues and unable to show up.
.
We had chosen to go on our own tour along the beach later instead to enjoy beautiful seaside scenery along the beach. After splashing seawater for a while and slacking around in the swimming pool. It was almost time for dinner and it was great chill after dinner, with some beer and snacks!

➡️ How to get to Tioman from Kuala Lumpur?
The main way to get to Tioman is by road (bus or drive) and then take a ferry to the island. There are 2 jetties which you can take the ferry from Tanjung Gemok Jetty or Mersing Jetty
🔹 On the Road
#1 Taking the bus: One-way tickets cost around RM 35-40 from TBS.
#2 Drive: If you're planning to drive, there are open-air long term car parks at the jetties charged based on daily rates.
🔹 The Ferries
Ferry Schedules:
The journey to the island would take about 2 - 2.5 hours, and there will be 5 stops on Tioman Island:
1. Genting
2. Paya
3. Tekek
4. Air Batang (ABC)
5. Salang
*Be sure to get off at the correct jetty because otherwise, you might have to hire a sea taxi to get to the correct one.
➡️ Where to stay?
The west coast in Pulau Tioman is where most kampungs are located. Kampung Tekek is the main administrative center of Tioman, where you can find an ATM machine, Post office, School, Hospital, and a duty-free shop here. Surrounding it is a few more Kampung.
The northern part is closer to most of the dive sites and coral reefs.
Whereas the southern part has most of the bigger resorts and even an 18-hole golf course.
On the east side is Juara which is said to have the quietest beach in all of Tioman, which is also possible to go surfing here during the monsoon season.
➡️ Types of Accommodation
Overall, there is a wide range of accommodations available in Pulau Tioman; you can find anything from budget homestays, dorms to mid-range resorts, chalets, and 5-star luxury resorts.
➡️ Getting around
Apart from Kampung Tekek, the other kampungs don't have big roads or cars. Locals usually get around on motorbikes.
Bicycle Rental - Available in most parts of Tioman. The rental rates go by the hour or even for the whole day.
Sea Taxis - Speed Boats that can take you anywhere around the island. Fees are charged around RM25-120 (USD 6-29) per person - depending on the distance.
On Foot - Most of the villages are connected by a path and it’s possible to walk from one village to another.

#1 Seasons
The best time to visit Tioman is between March and October (Hot Season).
Off-Season: Mid November - February
#2 Stay Duration: At least 3D2N to slowly enjoy the laid back island life.
#3 Hiking in Tioman: Trekking through these trails takes you to some interesting spots like quiet beaches and waterfalls. Follow the powerlines and bring mosquito repellants!
#4 Booking a tour: You could also book a day trip through a tour agent who can offer you a variety of different packages.
#5 Travel Packages: There are many travel packages being offered online by the resorts in Tioman.
These packages may include accommodation, activities, ferry tickets, and sometimes even food.

Harga Pulau Rawa agak mahal jika dibandingkan dengan pulau-pulau disekitarnya, tetapi kecantikan pulau ini dan privacy yang diberikan, adalah sangat-sangat berbaloi. Terasa seperti seluruh pulau hanya untuk anda sahaja. Jika anda jenis yang tak suka bersesak dengan orang ramai, dan pentingkan suasana yang tenang, this is definitely the right place for you.

Untuk episod kali ini, saya, Iban bersama Ikin, Azril dan Airin akan pergi ke sebuah pulau, antara yang tercantik di dunia, tetapi sangat sedikit pengunjungnya. Jom kita ke pulau Aur! Ini adalah cerita kami.
Pulau Aur adalah sebuah pulau kecil di daerah Mersing, Johor. Terdapat 2 pulau berdekatan iaitu pulau Dayang dan pulau Lang. Ia terletak lebih kurang 70 kilometer dari bandar Mersing. Disebabkan kedudukannya yang jauh, pulau ini kurang pengunjung. Jadi untuk percutian ke pulau ini, minimum 8 orang diperlukan untuk 1 trip pada hari biasa. Untuk kami yang hanya 4 orang, kami hanya boleh pilih untuk datang pada hujung minggu sahaja.
Jeti untuk ke pulau Aur hanya terdapat di bandar Mersing.Masa ni kami naik bersama penduduk pulau sahaja. Tiada pelancong lain. Waktu feri bertolak pula hanya ada 1 sahaja iaitu jam 7 pagi. Jadi tips pertama! Kami nasihatkan anda bermalam di sini. Takut2 tertinggal feri pulak. Perjalanan menaiki feri memakan masa lebih kurang 2jam setengah. feri akan berhenti di jeti Kg Teluk Berhala dan dari sini kami akan menaiki bot untuk ke hotel penginapan di Teluk Sebukang.
Okay untuk hotel pula, kami menginap selama 3 hari 2 malam di Sebukang Bay Resort. Pakej penginapan yang disediakan termasuk makan, boat transfer dan aktiviti2 untuk kami berempat adalah lebih kurang RM1800 atau bersamaan RM450 seorang. Jadi kami sarankan anda tidak perlu membawa wang tunai yang banyak sini kerana tidak banyak kedai yang beroperasi.
Pihak resort menyediakan 3 boat ride untuk kami sepanjang 3 hari di sini. Tepat jam 4 petang adalah boat ride pertama kami. Cuaca pada petang ini agak mendung tapi kadang2 cerah juga. Kami dibawa ke perkampungan utama di pulau Aur iaitu Kg Teluk Berhala. Hanya di sini terdapat kedai runcit dan kedai makan. Jangan lupa bawa duit sikit untuk shopping di sini. kita sapot local!
Pulau Aur ni memang terkenal dikalangan kaki pancing. Jika anda kaki pancing, jangan lupa bawa joran ya. saya dan Airin mandi laut, iban dan Azril pula ke jeti. Ini adalah percubaan pertama mereka memancing. Berjaya tak diorang dapat ikan? Jom tengok
Tepat jam 9 setengah pagi, kami menaiki bot untuk aktiviti boat ride kedua. Destinasi kami kali ini ialah pulau Dayang. Setibanya kami di pulau ini.. wow3 Turun je bot, kami bersama abang guide mendaki sebuah bukit iaitu Letak Semalu. Trek untuk pendakian agak sukar dan tanpa guide, anda mungkin tersesat. Disarankan untuk memakai kasut untuk mendaki bukit ini. Di sinilah bahagian yang paling mencabar. Kami perlu mendaki sebuah batu besar yang agak curam. Nasib baik ada abang guide yg membantu. Lebih kurang 10 minit kami pun sampai ke puncak. Fuh selamat sampai. Jika kami boleh, anda pun mesti boleh!
Pemandangan di atas sangatlah cantik. Anda akan dapat melihat air laut yg membiru, pantai yang putih seakan2 lukisan. SubhanAllah, cantik sangat. Anda kena datang dan tengok sendiri baru tau.
Jam tepat pukul 12, perut pun dah lapar. Masa untuk makan tengahari di resort. Azril memang tak makan selain ayam goreng. Jadi sebelum ke sini kami dah request untuk dia ayam goreng dan kicap.
Lepas makan saya dan Airin mandi laut tengah hari buta. Memang hitam legam jadinya. Ikin dengan hobinya tidur di hammock dan Azril memancing. Dan masa ini lah pancingnya banyak disambar ikan.
Pulau Lang ini takda pantai. Jadi aktiviti di sini ialah snorkeling dan memancing dari atas bot. Pulau Lang ni ada batuan yg besar, pokok2 kelapa dan air laut bewarna biru. Saya tak pernah lihat air laut biru sebiru2nya macam kat pulau ni. SubhanaAllah cantik.
Selesai aktiviti di pulau Lang, kami ke pulau Dayang sekali lagi untuk melihat sunset dari sini. Seperti yang kami cakap di awal video, memang tak ramai pengunjung di sini. Seluas2 pantai ni hanya kami berempat je. Memang healing habis.
Ok masa untuk pulang. Sayang pulak nak tinggalkan tempat ni. Sepanjang berada di resort ni, kami dilayan macam keluarga sendiri. Servis memang mantap. InsyaAllah jika ada rezeki kami pasti datang ke sini lagi.
