La Roche-Guyon Val-d’Oise France
La Roche-Guyon est une commune française située dans le département du Val-d'Oise en région Île-de-France.
Situé en contrebas des versants du plateau du Vexin sur la rive droite d’un méandre de la Seine, le village est réputé pour son château, propriété des La Rochefoucauld, dominé par un donjon médiéval. Ce week-end je vous emmène au Domaine de Villarceaux, situé dans le Val-d'Oise, à Chaussy, commune du Vexin Français. J'ai découvert cet endroit purement par hasard en me promenant aux alentours et j'ai eu un véritable coup de coeur. J'ai donc décidé de vous faire découvrir ce domaine en 2 minutes, c'est comme ça que l'idée de ce nouveau format a germé !
C'est un endroit ultra sympa, avec de l'Histoire, des vieilles pierres, du patrimoine, un parc magnifique, des oies, de la balade... Bref, tout ce qu'il faut pour faire un saut dans le temps.
J'espère que ce nouveau format de vidéo plus court, plus concis vous plaira, et surtout qu'il vous donnera des idées de sorties et de séjour pour vos vacances !

La Roche-Guyon is a commune in France located at a distance of about 70 km northwest of Paris (Val-d'Oise department, Ile-de-France). It is the only village in Île-de-France region that holds the title of the most beautiful village in France. It is assumed that already in the 3rd-4th centuries there was a Gallo-Roman villa on this site. In the 10th century, the Frankish kingdom built a castle on top of a chalk cliff to protect the territory from Viking raids. In the XIII century, a tunnel with steps was dug into the rock, connecting the old upper castle and the lower one, built at the foot of the rock. During the revolution, a prison was located in the castle, where 1000 people were executed. In the 16th century it became a hunting residence.
