Book a guided tour through the mini replica mill, where you will learn all about sugar production, from how the sugar cane is grown to how it is refined. Sarina is located 38 km's from Mackay.

Mackay Heritage Walk
Mackay has a lovely selection of heritage buildings, including the Town Hall, built in 1912, this was one of the few buildings that survived the 1918 cyclone. This cyclone destroyed 80% of the buildings in the city, and when they were rebuilt, many were built in Art Deco style, and now Mackay has the best collection of Art Deco buildings in Queensland.
