Hiking North Carolina - Panoramas and Waterfalls of Panthertown Valley
Panthertown Valley, located near Lake Toxaway in western North Carolina, is a fascinating place to hike. With dramatic rock faces on plutonic mountains mixed in with waterfalls and sandy creeks reminiscent of lowland areas, this is a unique location with a multitude of sights. We start this hike by making our way to Schoolhouse Falls, before climbing to the expansive views on the open rock of Little Green Mountain. We then advance through the valley past the lowland creeks to use the challenging Carlton's Way to even more impressive views at Blackrock Mountain. The second half of the video features a journey through a fairytale fourist, a visit to Granny Burrell Falls, touching the immense Great Wall, and crossing the valley again before having to endure a passage of Greenland Creek.

Looking glass falls in Breward county, North Carolina is a great place to go for a one day outing. Pack a picnic lunch , drive away and have some free fun ! It’s is the Pisgah national forest. You’ll surely love the drive, the scenery , the nature and the misty cold water at the falls!

Road trip from Austin Texas thru El Paso to Los Cruces New Mexico driving thru Albuquerque and Gallup into Arizona to Winslow and Flagstaff. Final drive to California thru Needles and Barstow to Sacramento.
Land of the Waterfalls - Lake Toxaway
Heart of Dixie Chapter Rolling Rally Stop #4 of 6 stayed at Riverbend RV Resort, Lake Toxaway, North Carolina. While in Historic Lake Toxaway, The Land of Waterfalls, they visited Whitewater Falls and Rainbow Falls.
Whitewater Falls is a beautiful, 400+ foot multi-drop cascading waterfall near Cashiers, NC. They also caught some stunning views of Lake Jocassee.
While visiting Rainbow Falls, they witnessed this enormous waterfall tumble down a 150 foot towering, near-vertical cliff in the Nantahala National Forest near Gorges State Park. Locals say when the sun is angled right, the waterfall creates a colorful rainbow below the falls.
