About this place Los Olivos is a Barragan style house remodeled and suitable to receive a profile of tourists who like a minimalist space, clean, fresh, which inspires peace and tranquility. The rooms are spacious, bright, the house has high ceilings and is located in a perfect area to walk to the city center or to the neighborhood of Chapultepec and the American colony, it is located very close to markets, transport routes, museums, and places of interest.
The space The house is mainly located on the ground floor, however the showers and kitchen are adapted on the upper floor, along with a breakfast terrace with a beautiful view. We want to receive tourists who do not want to spend so much money on accommodation but who appreciate and want to stay in a clean, beautiful, historical place, perfect for photos for Instagram, we are looking for clean, educated people, who want to enjoy a spacious, clean and illuminated place. Everything is designed to match those who want to stay with us. We try to give a very good service to our guests but we would like it to be clear that IT IS not A HOTEL, we have daily cleaning service, and we like to keep everything in order. Check-out is punctual at noon 11:00 am or earlier. They can stay in the property until 12 or 1 as long as they deliver the room to be able to clean it thoroughly. ** The house has 4 security cameras for guest protection; the garage is for a sedan car the largest that enters is a Civic Honda, and fit 2 vehicles at a time and must be requested by message before booking. We accept pets with an extra cost of 100 pesos per pet.
Plants are very important to us so we ask you to take care of them, do not use them as an ashtray or cut them, also the white color gives a feeling of peace and relaxation, we ask you to be clean in your stay. We ask them not to eat in the beds, and collect their garbage after using the terrace, turn off all the lights. Speakers are allowed until 10pm. Then you must be silent.
We do not live in the house, but we are always visiting it every day without exception, both I and Emmanuel, or Junior co-hosts are available to solve questions, clarifications, recommendations, even many times we go out to lunch or dinner with guests if they wish.
Other things to note The house has a facade with a huge graffiti that is registered before the IMPI, at first glance it could look strange, or not give a security aspect, but inside the house is just like the photos, it is important that they are not carried away by the facade, because being in the historic center area, we have not been able to modify it, but inside it is incredible, bright, quiet and emanates a beautiful vibe. The chapel of Jesus is the new trendy neighborhood, do not forget to visit YUNAITES in the market its chef has Michelin Star and is very cheap.

Los Olivos es una casa estilo Barragán remodelada y adecuada para recibir a un perfil de turistas que gustan de un espacio minimalista, limpio, fresco, que inspira paz y tranquilidad. Las habitaciones son amplias, iluminadas, la casa tiene techos altos y se encuentra en una zona perfecta para caminar hacia el centro de la ciudad o hacia el barrio de Chapultepec y la colonia americana, se localiza muy cerca de mercados, rutas de transporte, museos, y lugares de interés.
Nosotros no vivimos en la casa, pero estamos siempre visitándola todos los días sin excepción, tanto yo como Emmanuel, o Júnior los coanfitriones se encuentran disponibles para resolver dudas, aclaraciones, recomendaciones, incluso muchas veces salimos a comer o cenar con los huéspedes si así lo desean.
La casa tiene una fachada con un graffiti enorme que está registrado ante el IMPI, a simple vista podría verse raro, o no dar un aspecto de seguridad, pero por dentro la casa es tal y como las fotos, es importante que no se dejen llevar por la fachada, pues al estar en zona de centro histórico, no hemos podido modificarla, pero por dentro es increíble, luminosa, tranquila y emana una vibra hermosa. La capilla de Jesús es el nuevo barrio de moda, no dejen de visitar YUNAITES en el mercado su chef tiene Estrella Michelin y es muy barato. Se puede usar la lavadora pero tiene un costo extra de 100 por el servicio y debe solicitarse por mensaje en la app, igual la cochera, NO DEJEN COSAS VALIOSAS en su coche si se estacionan afuera por seguridad.

6 hours north of Cabo. (But they also have an international airport.) On the peninsula coast in the Sea of Cortez/Gulf of California Known for its cute town center - also one of the designated Pueblos Majicos. It was colonized in 1697 by Jesuits. (It's really gentrified today.) Very much worth checking out if you're near. This reminds me - those charming colonial towns are places where torture, murder and other genocidal acts took place. Respeto a todos los que se perdieron en nombre del colonialismo.
