I visited Ibiza and Majorca when I came to the Balearic Islands. I took the ferry from Barcelona and then flew to Valencia after. Held every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday this market is a vibrant and bustling attraction in the heart of Llucmajor. It has a large number of stalls showcasing some of the best fresh produce and craftwork from Mallorca. There are plenty of products available, from fruits, to livestock. The tradition of those markets dates all the way back to the year 1543!
Llucmajor is one of the 10 biggest cities on the island. It has some 9000+ inhabitants. The city of Llucmajor is pretty nice and they have a splendid church in the city centre.
