How To Spend A Day In Lakeland | Tampa Bay Neighborhood Guide
Did you know Lakeland has 38 different lakes? Sadly, we couldn't visit every single one, but we still had an amazing day exploring all the best of Lakeland!
To start our day, we visited the Polk Museum of Art for their wide variety of exhibits, galleries, and art collections! Best of all, this museum had free admission so it's a perfect activity if you're not looking to spend a lot of money.
Next, we always need some caffeine so we had to make a stop by Concord Coffee! Concord serves up one of the best cups of coffee you'll find in the area and the atmosphere is perfect for anyone looking to study or hang out with friends. Their iced coconut latte was fantastic!
We get so many questions about this colorful mural whenever we post a picture so we had to pay it a visit to grab a few pictures! It's right behind Haus 820 and will definitely be a standout on your Instagram feed. We would highly recommend walking around Lakeland and checking out all the other beautiful murals they have on display!
A trip to Lakeland wouldn't be complete without grabbing food at The Joinery! This modern food hall literally has something for everyone, no matter what kind of food they like. Whether it's pizza, burgers, ramen, or ice cream, The Joinery has you covered.
Finally, we ended our trip by walking through Downtown Lakeland and grabbing some drinks from Revival! Revival is a craft cocktail bar with an extremely unique and creative menu. Our drinks were all so delicious and also gorgeous to look at!
Lakeland is a perfect spot for a day trip from Tampa, St. Pete, or wherever you are! There's enough restaurants, bars, and other attractions to make the trip well worth your time!

If you are looking to take a nice walk. Visit Lake Hollingsworth in Lake land Florida. Lakeland is a city of about 110,000 people located on the I4 Interstate between Orlando and Tampa..
The walk is 3 miles in length. There are many multi millipn dollar homes around the lake plus Florida Southern College. Which has the largest number of Frank Lloyd Wright Architecture buildings anywhere in the US.
The walk takes about an hour and is very worthwhile.
