For those who have had a chance to pass this road back those days will recall the amount of time spent on traffic when coming from other regions, from the old weighbridge in Kibaha to Kimara is now 6 lane road (3 on each side) and has reduced the traffic tremendously, no more standing for 2-3 hours to reach Ubungo.

1] The Sino-Tan Industrial Park is developed and operated by the Sino-Tan Kibaha Industrial Park Co., LTD., covering an area of about 1,000 hectares (10 square kilometers). All the industrial plots in the park have unit title, ranging in size from about 4 hectares to 12 hectares.
The whole project is planned to be developed in 5 phases, including the life supporting zone, agriculture and food processing zone, medicine and daily chemical zone, shoes and clothing processing zone, equipment manufacturing zone, building materials processing zone and export processing zone,
2] East Africa Commercial and Logistics Center is located in UBUNGO District in Dar es Salaam. The project is being funded by the East Africa Commercial and Logistics Center (EACLC) Limited, a Chinese firm involved in international trade, and jointly constructed by the China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC).
This project is a four-floor building with a gross floor area of 75,000 square meters. When completed, it can provide more than 2060 high-quality shops that will serve east african people in Tanzania, kenya, uganda , rwanda and burundi.
EACLC will also cut importation cost of manufactured goods in Tanzania by accommodating major china’s wholesale companies that will enable among others retailers to obtain immense brands from the Asia’s highest tech country here in Dar es Saalam.

Tip Toeing Through Tanzania was like a mirror for me to see myself. Kind of like an unveiling. I had lost a significant amount of weight and now it was time to get naked on the beach …well kind of. Dar has huge Muslim population and that can mean levels of modesty is practiced so I was not completely naked but I showed some skin which was new for me. I appreciate the beaches so much there and the calm clear & blue waters that came with it. So this vlog installation is another self reflection video for me.Dar Es Salaam is a coastal city and main hub port for East Africa next to Kenya. The streets are mostly wide and open as if the city planning expected large trucks for transport and lots of vehicles on the road. I chose Mbezi Beach as my first stop and it was the right choice for me. This beach calls my name in my sleep.
