This is Ruai-Kangundo Road, not far away from Nairobi CBD. This location is known to have the most affordable land for sale. Investors are buying lands and building more in this area. What I love most about it is that it is a location where there's calmness, away from the noise but still in Nairobi county. There are social amenities in this area and security is okay. For travellers who would love to be away from the noise while in Nairobi, this is the best place for you. Hotels and airbnbs are available. Roads are fully tarmacked although in the interior side roads are not tarmacked. This walk I'm sure it has given you the real insight of what to expect in Ruai.
