Kilasiya waterfall is one of the rare and beautiful falls found in Marangu area. It is located in the beautiful countryside of Marangu surrounded by lush landscapes, you will find this hidden waterfall, Kilasia Water Falls. This is a beautiful, and a relatively simple walk through the tropical rainforest that grows on the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro.
The word Kilasiya is has origins in Chagga tribe (from the Chagga tribe who inhabit the foothills of Kilimanjaro), which means ''Endless waters''. The locals say the water of the Kilasiya waterfalls never dries no matter the weather.
