Slovenia, is truly Europe’s best kept secret. Their motto - You cannot spell Slovenia without Love , and I have to say, I absolutely agree, because I fell in love with this Country.
We spent 7 days in Slovenia. 4 in the North, and 3 in the South, and definitely could’ve still used another day or 2 there. If you are going to do what we did, it’s a fabulous adventure!

Slovenia is located in Central Europe, it’s about the size of New Jersey, in the US, it’s a Part of the European Union - so it is on the Euro, and you’ll find that it’s rather inexpensive, compared to other European Countries.
We rented a car upon arrival via train from Vienna, and it's really easy to get around, their signage is very good.
