Places to see in ( Harrow - UK )
Harrow is a large suburban town in the London Borough of Harrow, northwest London, England. Harrow is centred 10.5 miles northwest of Charing Cross. Harrow was a municipal borough of Middlesex before its inclusion in Greater London in 1965. Harrow is home to a large Westminster polytechnic campus and its oldest secondary schools are Harrow School and Harrow High School.
Harrow-on-the-Hill includes the conservation area with a high proportion of listed buildings with a residential and institutional array of Georgian architecture and a few 17th century examples. Harrow gives its initial letters to a wider postcode area. The administrative offices of the borough are in the town which currently is made up of the Headstone North, Roxeth, Marlborough, Greenhill, Headstone South and West Harrow electoral wards.
Harrow historically included Harrow on the Hill, which sits on top of an outlying knoll and is contiguous with the centre of Harrow. Much of Kenton and before 1716 all of Pinner were parts of Harrow, geographical facts which root the importance of Harrow as a meeting place and a place of business. Harrow Weald, is the district north of Wealdstone, both of which were historically also part of Harrow. Harrow may also include the wards of Roxeth, Marlborough, Headstone North and Harrow on the Hill as well as the Greenhill, West Harrow and Headstone South wards listed above.

Greenford Quay Exploration
As the unofficial 'Mayor of Greenford' I had to shoot a video on Greenford's newest development, 'Greenford Quay'.
'ONE BEDROOM FROM £1,514 PER MONTH' they boast, now, I was living in Shepherd's Bush and paying £1,300 a month for a one bedroom (not in the 1990's btw, this was in 2019-2020), for those of you who don't know, Shepherd's Bush is about 5-10 minutes away from central London, Greenford, is not. And sure, Greenford Quay boasts having some apparently cool amenities (amenities, which have not been completed in full yet) but I just don't understand who this place is meant for, it's certainly not for Greenford residents, who are, I say proudly, 'normal people' who are not looking to spend over 2/3 of their salary on rent for luxury apartments. And as for those who have 1,514 x 12 = £18168+ to spend a year, they would surely want somewhere closer to the city/bigger.
Looking at the reviews of the place, and it seems to be quite unpleasant...
'Greenford quay is a really promising apartment complex for the first sight. Beautiful garden and reception, large and well maintained gym and lounge area on the top floor. Overall really promising on the first visit.
In fact, living here is a different story.
After the first month everything turned out to be a nightmare:
Reception team is always available but really unprofessional, if they need something they will call you every day. In the same time we were waiting three weeks to have two holes in the wall for pictures; we needed to remind them as maintenance never showed up.
Car parking outside the building was offered for free on show around, later they constantly leave messages on the windscreen to move the cars away due payable system will be on place.
My partner was surprised by an agency maintenance guy at one of the evening; opening our flat door without (!) knocking, warning, or any reminder previously! Imagine yourself watching telly in your underwear, and suddenly open the door in the dark, rushing in... to your home... doesn’t sound too safe
The answer from the agency was a sorry, the promised compensation for the harassment has never happened.
They are really attentive hinting salt for the private roads around, but they hint also over the cars. My car lacquer started to peal off after the winter... gonna cost a fortune
And the final drop in the glass; when the whole world is suffering from financial difficulties due COVID19 they are chasing and threatening us coz of payment delay, over the phone in a rude way flagging legal actions! Insane
If you are looking for a showroom, feel free to move in.
But if you’re up to a relaxing and safe place to leave, stay away from Greenford quay!!!'
I grew up in Greenford and have lived here for most of my life; I love Greenford, maybe too much.
Do I love Greenford Quay? I mean, it's something nice to look at- I guess, but that's about it.
As you can tell, this is not an advert for Greenford Quay, lol

There's a lot to see on a trip to London, and especially on your first trip to the city. Taking a bus is one of the easiest ways to get a good view of London without much hassle or expense; all you have to do is find out which route you want to take and then leave the driving to them while you gawk at the scene. London is covered by more than 700 bus routes, and many travel past some of the city's iconic sights. As a bonus, many of the buses are double-deckers, and what a great view you'll get on the upper deck.
London buses no longer accept cash fares, so you will need an Oyster card loaded with sufficient credit or a travelcard. You could also consider using a contactless payment card to pay for London transport
If you are short on time and want to guarantee that you see all of the big sights in London, your best bet is the classic Big Bus Tours circular route.Today I am please to introduce you with route E1,what a great opportunity, please don't miss it out and watch till the end. There is the bus stops in case you need it,please have a look and find out where you exactly are located. You can tap on exact time and with doing that you will transfer to that particular moment.

London's Least Used Stations No.3 - South Greenford
We're still counting down the Top 10 Least Used Stations in London, and we're down to No.3, this time back out onto the Greenford branch where we have previously been in this series, it's South Greenford.
We're still basing this on the 2015/2016 ORR stats, even though the new 2016/2017 are now out - but the Top 3 have stayed the same/not changed, which is fortunate!

With the new ORR stats out for the 2021-2022 period just been released, there were some changes including that London now has a new Least Used Station!
