Welcome to the most beautiful waterfalls in the costa blanca. Valencia. We went to Bolbaite to see the nice nature pools. To Anna and Chella to visit huge, beautiful waterfalls. We didn t went to fuentes de algar, because that s well known by everyone. We wanted to present something, that still is not that visited as the fuentes de algar. I hope you enjoy it. At least, we found a nice lost place, which we also discovered.

The Albufera of Anna , aka Albufereta Anna or simply the Lagoon , is a lake of fresh water located in the municipality of Anna ( Canal de Navarrés , Valencia ), one km from the old urban
Albufera de Anna is surrounded by a lush vegetation composed of willows and sprouts , which receives water from different springs, some of which crystalline waters are sprouting from its bottom, with numerous fangs that feed it continuously at the rate of 24,000 liters per minute and provides water to the 500 hectares of cultivated fields around it.
Albufera de Anna extension is about 180 meters from east to west and 300 meters from north to south, with a depth of approximately 3 meters. At the center of the lake there is a little small barren island called popularly El Merendero, where they make their nest ducks and geese , and can be accessed with any of the boats that are rented.

This week we decide to avoid the Spanish heatwave by heading to 3 different natural swimming locations. Lago Playamonte, Bolbaite & Chella, each one being a little bit wilder than the previous, but the last one proves to be rather difficult to find.

A beautiful country property just 15 minutes walk from the town of Enguera. Distributed over 2 floors, the ground floors and main living area comprises of a large naya, L shaped living room with beamed ceiling and wood burnerstove, kitchen and a office which could easily be made into a bedroom. There is also a bathroom with shower and a large utility room. A internal staircase leads up to the second floor with 5 bedrooms, four of which are double and a single bedroom a further family bathroom with walk-in shower. Externally the gardens are abundance with fruit trees and vegetable patches with irrigation watering system. There is a 10x5 swimming pool, summer kitchen and a detatched garage plus parking. This is a lovely country property well worth a visit!!
A Day Trip to Xàtiva Castle

This town isn't a far train from Ontinyent and was a great day trip! The train was 8 euro round trip, the bus to the castle was only 1 euro up and 1 euro down (you could walk but... no.) and the castle entrance fee was only 6 euro. The perfect inexpensive day trip when you haven't been paid yet. And of course McDonalds because Ontinyent doesn't have one haha!
I wanted to love this video but unfortunately my gimbal wasn't tight and it had the opposite effect it was supposed to so it's shaky. And I panned way too fast. So sorry and I'll try to do better next time. I'm learning! :)

Xativa as a city was very nice. I definitely want to go back and see more historical stuff.

Most Recommended Spanish Village | Bocairent
Bocairent appears in so many top 10 location lists that we had to see it for ourselves and it really didn't disappoint. However just when we thought the day couldn't get any better we went for a swim just outside the village in a natural swimming hole called Pou Clar. If you are visiting the Costa Blanca or Valencian region this is a must visit.

Der Südosten Spaniens ist bekannt für seine langen Sandstrände und Badeurlaub. Doch das wäre für Valentin Rahmel aka Sarazar und seine beiden Freunde Benni und Max zu wenig Action. Auf ihrem Roadtrip erkunden sie zwischen Valencia und Granada spektakuläre Schluchten, wagen eine Klettertour - und finden sich plötzlich im Wilden Westen wieder.
Start der Tour ist Valencia mit ihrer einzigartigen Mischung aus moderner Architektur und traditionellem spanischen Flair. Entlang der Küste geht es weiter nach Alicante und von dort zu einer abenteuerlichen Klettertour im Hinterland. Action gibt es auch: in der Wüste von Tabernas - dort besucht das Trio die Drehorte zahlreicher Westernfilme. Das kulturelle muslimische Erbe Spaniens lernen Valentin, Benni und Max in Granada beim Besuch der Alhambra kennen - ehe dann eine Wanderung auf dem Königsweg „Caminito del Rey“ den Adrenalinpegel wieder steigen lässt.

Places to see in ( Alicante - Spain ) Castillo de Biar
The Castle of Biar stands on a hillock overlooking the town of Biar, in the comarca of Alt Vinalopó. During the Muslim rule had already news but few of the fortress, which began to be relevant to the time of James I of Aragon, remain as border castle under the Treaty of Almizra. The building lost its role during the early modern period and, although rarely used, after was used as a cemetery. It was declared a Monumento Nacional in 1931 and is in the call Route of the Castles of Vinalopó.
The Castillo de Biar was built in stone with masonry and rammed earth, which was used for the tower of homage. The building consists of two parts. On the one hand, a semicircular enclosure with four towers at the corners thereof, and on the other, a space with four cubic structures and the tower of homage. These towers and other structures are the basic defenses of the castle, and its position high on a rocky hill, the proliferation of small openings in its walls and battlements auction.
The tower of homage is the highlight of the architectural complex. Of 12th century, is situated on one side and reaches a height of 17 meters. Its plan is square shaped and has three floors, acquiring such an enormous importance. On the lower floor is used the called barrel vault and the other levels, second and third, use the Almohad ribbed vault which, together with those of the neighboring Castle of Villena, are among the oldest in Spain and throughout the Maghreb, as well as the only used in a military building in the Iberian Peninsula.
