Menstruation (English Version)
By providing training, support, encouragement and role models, we created the environment for girls to empower themselves by giving them the necessary skills and opportunities to make their on films on themes impacting their education and their lives.Involve me features twelve randomly selected girls from four woredas in Wolaita Zone, consulting and making one minute films on the six obstacles to their education: menstruation, reproductive health, domestic chores, early marriage, HIV and attitudes towards girls' education.
The hands-on, interactive process of writing, acting and filming their own one minute videos gave the girls confidence to become role models to all those who view their films and read these books.
In addition, the watch me segment features accomplished women from different sectors to give inspiration for you Ethiopians.
