*Shahi Zinda* This is the most impressive landmark of Samarkand. Its blue alleys are magical. It has some of the most intricate tile decoration in the entire Muslim world! Shah-i-Zinda is the place where the cousin of Prophet Muhammad, the founder of Islam, is buried. There are also tombs of relatives of Amir Temur.
