Whispering Sands is located at Corlette, adjacent to Nelson Bay on the beautiful shores of Port Stephens and is available year round for luxury holiday accommodation.
Corlette beach - New South Wales
Corlette Beach is one of the most popular beaches in Port Stephens. With a north-facing aspect, it receives plenty of sunshine and is also well protected from the winter westerlies by Corlette Headland.
The waterfront reserve that runs the length of Corlette Beach has a delightful walking path that meanders behind the dunes and through stands of large eucalypts to Nelson Bay.
Corlette Point Road is a quiet no through road that runs 200 metres behind the beach down to Corlette Headland Reserve and The Anchorage Port Stephens.

PORT STEPHENS || BEST DAY TRIPS FROM SYDNEY
Two and a half hours' drive from Sydney, we explore a unique place of blue, beige, and green. Bejeweled waters meet sand dunes and give way to sprawling forest in idyllic vistas that rejuvenate the soul.
On this trip, we experience the views from the Inner Light Tea Rooms (we don't recommend the food though!), go sandboarding on the largest mobile sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, and hike up Tomaree Head Summit Walk (where our GoPro's battery unfortunately died).
