🔎 EXCERPT 🔎 What's the real story behind these incredibly cheap houses? Are Italy's 1-euro houses a dream come true or a nightmare waiting to happen? We went deep on answering ONE question! What hidden costs are lurking behind such a wonderful prospect? Because more often than not, those are NOT normal real estate purchases. Maybe you, just like me, wonder why Italy's 1 euro houses are so cheap. There are two explanations. The official one and The “other” one. The official one is that many small towns in Italy, especially in rural areas, have been facing depopulation for decades. As families moved away in search of better opportunities in richer Italian cities like Turim or Milan, or even abroad, they left behind a trail of abandoned homes. Many €1 homes are properties abandoned by family members who inherited them under Italy’s forced inheritance system, and do not wish to pay for their upkeep because none of them want to live in these small cities. These empty houses became a burden. They symbolized a fading community and a crumbling local economy. To revive these towns, local governments decided to sell abandoned houses for just one euro. The goal? Revitalize the local economy and prevent them from becoming ghost villages. This is how the program of 1 Euro Houses started independently in multiple places In towns like Mussomeli and Cammarata, in Sicily Ollolai and Nulvi in Sardinia Laurenzana in Basilicata Bisaccia in Campania or Cinquefrondi in Calabria Wait… Did you notice something? Put this video 10 seconds back. Look again at the maps, and tell me if you see a pattern. Saw it? Because this pattern might be the first clue to the real reason these houses are available for such low prices. I am talking about the fact that Every Single One Of These Villages Are in the middle of their provinces, far from the coast, and in most cases, far from any major city. Cinquefroni no es la excepción, con una Campaña muy agresiva en los medios de comunicación este pueblito de tan solo 6000 habitantes lanzo la venta de algunas propiedades al valor simbolico de 1€.
La adjudicación de una propiedad implica la obligación por parte de su nuevo dueño de hacer una inversion en remodelacion de al menos 20.000 € en el transcurso de 3 años desde la adjudicacion.
El incumplimiento en este compromiso por parte del comprador da derecho al municipio a quitarle la propiedad.
El pueblo es un lugar agradable en lineas generales, caminar sus calles practicamente desiertas dan una sensación de soledad muy grande. En la entrada del pueblo hay un centro comercial bastante grande y a tan solo 15 minutos la primer playa.

La sua morfologia è particolare; si divide infatti in due parti: la parte superiore, dove si trova la maggior parte della popolazione e dove si svolge la vita quotidiana del paese, e una parte inferiore (chiamata Marina), che si trova a ridosso del mare e del porto di Tropea. Tra le altre zone periferiche, vi sono la località Carmine e la località Campo (divisa a sua volta in Campo di sopra, che è prevalentemente occupato da orti e campagne con qualche zona residenziale, e Campo di Sotto, dove hanno sede la locale caserma del Comando dei Carabinieri, l'Ospedale Civile e l'indirizzo Alberghiero e per la Ristorazione dell'IS Tropea).
La città, nella parte superiore, si presenta costruita su una roccia a picco sul mare, ad un'altezza s.l.m. che varia tra circa 50 metri nel punto più basso e 61 metri nel punto più alto. L'abitato storico era un tempo cinto di mura e incastellato su di un lato; vi si poteva accedere solo attraverso delle porte provviste di sistemi di difesa.
La leggenda vuole che il fondatore sia stato Ercole quando, di ritorno dalle Colonne d'Ercole (Spagna), si fermò sulle coste del Sud Italia. Nelle zone limitrofe sono state rinvenute tombe di origine magno-greca.
La storia di Tropea inizia in epoca romana, quando lungo la costa Sesto Pompeo sconfisse Cesare Ottaviano: a sud di Tropea i romani avevano costruito un porto commerciale, vicino l'attuale Santa Domenica, a Formicoli (toponimo derivato da una corruzione di Foro di Ercole), di cui parlano Plinio e Strabone.
Per la sua caratteristica posizione di terrazzo sul mare, Tropea ebbe un ruolo importante, sia in epoca romana (attestato dalla cava di granito che sorge a circa 2 km dall'abitato, nell'attuale comune di Parghelia) sia in epoca bizantina; molti sono i resti lasciati dal bizantini, come la chiesa sul promontorio o le mura cittadine (chiamate appunto mura di Belisario). Dopo un lungo assedio, la città fu strappata ai bizantini dai Normanni, sotto i quali prosperò. Tropea continuò a prosperare anche sotto il dominio degli Aragonesi. Il 4 febbraio 2016 nasce il Club UNESCO Tropea Costa degli Dei.[4]
Monumenti e luoghi d'interesse
Santuario di Santa Maria dell'Isola sul promontorio (2009) Nota località balneare, sorge su un alto promontorio di tufo, affacciato sul Mar Tirreno, nella costa occidentale della Calabria, in provincia di Vibo Valentia. Di notevole interesse è il centro storico della città, con molti palazzi nobiliari del XVIII e del XIX secolo, arroccati sulla rupe a strapiombo con la spiaggia sottostante.Interessanti sono i portali dei palazzi che rappresentavano le famiglie nobiliari; alcuni sono dotati di grosse cisterne scavate nella roccia, che servivano per accumulare il grano proveniente dal Monte Poro, che successivamente veniva caricato tramite condotte di terracotta sulle navi ormeggiate sotto la rupe di Tropea. Simbolo della città è il Santuario di Santa Maria dell'Isola, che sorge su un promontorio di fronte alla cittadina.
Di notevole interesse è la Cattedrale di Maria Santissima di Romania, edificio del 1100, in stile romanico, contenente la sacra effigie della Madonna di Romania, protettrice della città e la Chiesa del Gesù. Inoltre la città ospita il museo diocesano, contenente ori e argenti della cattedrale e parecchi manufatti di varie epoche. Presso la chiesa, negli antichi locali del Vescovato, è stato istituito un Museo Diocesano, con interessanti opere pittoriche, sculture e affreschi, manufatti e arredi. Recentemente, inoltre, è stata aperta la sezione archeologica. Di notevole interesse artistico la chiesa del Gesù sita nel centro storico e la chiesa dell'Annunziata del XVI secolo.
Die historische Mühle liegt idyllisch am Rande eines Naturschutzgebietes im südlichen Verwaltungsgebiet von Pisa und rund 35 km vom Meer bei Cecina entfernt.

The historic mill is idyllically located on the edge of a nature reserve in the southern administrative area of Pisa and about 35 km from the sea at Cecina.
