Poverty in Arkansas.

10 Arkansas small towns with the worst poverty.
10 Poorest towns in Arkansas.

Today we are going to take a look at Arkansas and the mess that it is.

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the national poverty rate was 11.8% percent or 38.1 million Americans in 2018. These states have the highest percentages of poverty in the country: Mississippi, New Mexico, Louisiana, West Virginia, Arkansas, Kentucky, Alabama, District of Colombia, Oklahoma, South Carolina and the territory of Puerto Rico.

So why are we starting with Arkansas? Last month I got an email from a guy named Glen in Little Rock who said
I best not put Arkansas in my mouth again. He said he’d find me and pull me out of my electric car and crush my head.
I replied: Dude how did you watch my video, you are using AOL dial-up service.
He replied. What’s wrong with that.
I replied “Nothing if it were 1997.
He never replied again. So, in Glen's honor, I am putting Arkansas back in my mouth and we are going to look at the poorest towns in Arkansas.
Thanks for checking out the channel. I hope you enjoyed today's video. If there is a state, city or town you'd like us to do a video about let us know in the comment section.

📍Mill Creek Park in Youngstown, OH

Mill Creek Park is one of the most underrated metro parks in not only Ohio, but the United States as well. It has a multitude of hiking trails, picturesque waterfalls, and what feels like a thousand unique bridges scattered throughout the park. How's the Canfield Fair Compare to the Ohio State Fair? - 2023

How's the Canfield Fair Compare to the Ohio State Fair? - 2023

The Canfield Fair, an annual event held at the 353-acre Canfield Fairgrounds in Canfield, Ohio, has a rich history dating back to its inception in 1846. The fair was established by the Mahoning County Agricultural Society, with Elisha Whittlesey's influential address to the Congregational Church emphasizing the importance of competitive exhibitions to promote industrial pursuits in the region. Over its 174-year history, the Canfield Fair has grown into a cherished summer tradition, drawing in an average of 350,000 attendees per year, making it the largest county fair in Ohio after the Ohio State Fair. The fairgrounds have also hosted various events throughout the year, including dog shows, fireworks, 5k runs, and hayrides. Notably, the Canfield Fair has become renowned for its top-notch entertainment lineup, featuring legendary musicians and performers like Bob Hope, Dolly Parton, Rascal Flatts, and many more since 1956. The fair's Grandstands venue has witnessed concerts, monster trucks, demolition derbies, and horse racing. Despite occasional interruptions, such as during wartime and the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the Canfield Fair remains a significant cultural and agricultural event in Ohio. Additionally, the Canfield Speedway, located within the fairgrounds, played a part in NASCAR history in 1950, hosting a race that contributed to Bill Rexford's championship win, despite it being his only victory that season.

2019 Canfield Fair Timelapse from setup to breakdown Ohio drone

This is a series of photos taken from a drone flown around the perimeter of the 2019 Canfield Fairgrounds ranging from August 20 through September 6. 8 days before the start of the fair to 6 days after its close. The photographs show how much equipment/concessions/etc. were brought in and then eventually removed from the grounds. The photos are displayed for 4 seconds each from miscellaneous aerial angles around the grounds. Some are very similar from point to point. The rides for the Canfield Fair were supplied by Reithoffer Shows of Gibsonton, Florida.
